For those who wanted to get the Straddle and Full Planche and even Maltese, we should all listen to Kamenov, he trained Handstands in his first year, meaning guys, don't rush the Planche, spend more time with basics and most important of all Handstands, like he said, you can Planche but its better to have Handstand so you can train smart and safely and get the Planche with the right training. Kamenov, salute to you man, hoping to do Planches with you one day man! Stay safe!
@Snk sayonara Thanks for the info and heads up man! I totally agree bro, what makes Handstand a carryover to Planche is bit more strength aspect and balance. But yes Planche is through horizontal movement wherein Handstand is a vertical movement

someone people say that train more than 2 days per week the planche is not a good idea, but if the sir kamenov say that you should train 3 times per a week planche....I TRAIN 3 TIMES!!!

Bro, I would like to know how you organize your rutine during he week. I mean, you have a lot of skills already achieved so I think you have to organize your training in orde to reforced each skills for not loose it any of them. The best bro!
I believe that the first thing that you say are very similar with another atlets ,but the 5th thing is the most important because often people don’t try this (handstand)

Alexander Hristov back then if I can't hold tuck Planche I focus on shoulder,biceps,chest and triceps routine until I feel I can do tuck then only i start to do tuck Planche,lean and psudeo push up.
