    Giving yourself grace is such a huge part of anxiety recovery. It’s important not to make the journey harder than it already is.

    I just started a new journal in January and I just flipped back and I was like “wow every entry is talking about anxiety and the physical symptoms!” Literally heart breaking. But at the same time a relief. Because I always feel like I’m dying. And to see that I’m still here 9 months later, is another sense of reassurance that I am okay! I was always okay! Still makes me sad though. Because I suffer every other day and have been since the age of 15! Your page has definitely become a daily piece of therapy! Sending healing energy to all!     Hi Robin! I’m so glad you shared all these things with us. It makes the whole experience feel more human because I was thinking, 'I’m a wreck, I can’t stay positive, I can’t accept what’s happening 24/7, and I’m not grateful for each day.' In a way, I looked at you and how you make everything seem easy and smooth, and I thought that I’m definitely far from recovery because I don’t have that 100% attitude that you have, and if I don’t have it, I probably won’t recover anytime soon. So thank you for all of this❤
