A new retrospective channel subscriber / retro gamer from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮. I still own and play the original hardwares of the Commodore 64 and (tapes / disks / cartridges) Amiga 500 😺👍🕹️. And your channel with the home computers of the 1980's is absolutely retrospectively awesome and inspiring 😺👍🕹️. Thank you 😸😺👍.
@@yaggieboat It's one of my favorite novels: Ready Player One. Especially the audio book. If you try it, I think you will enjoy it. Lots of old computer and 80's references.

I'm very surprised, an 8-bit computer from the early 80s that does not boot into Microsoft Basic.
Believe it or not, Microsoft created a version of BASIC! 😁 v1 from 1979 has the niftier packaging...
Nice, I haven't seen BackBit on a 1200XL before!
Just like my original backbit, this thing is amazing. Thanks for making it. Looking forward to trying out your future inventions.
where to buy flashcards
If by flashcards you mean the cartridge I’m using to run these games - you can get those at backbit.io
"Thy game is over." Lol. Have you read the book Ready Player One? (not the movie) There's a fun Joust reference in that novel.
I’ll have to look for that…
