Very entertaining review, personally I'll go for the tcross aside from the fact that i love purple shades it's very eye catching and the features are simple and straight forward, very easy to use. 👍
its a german technology that matters. especially on engine and suspension.

Turbohan vs naturally aspirated… if you intend to keep your car 3-5 years, turbo powered is ok. As for me, whether short term or long term naturally aspirated all the way

coolray comes with 10 years of warranty. if the turbo fails within 5 years like what you are saying its going to be replaced with a new one. the engine isnt running high compression so turbo failure is least of your worries. XD

almost all countries in the world, especially europe and china...nobody beats VOLKS.
Sa akin naman sa tcross iba yong dating yong naka ayos ka ng suot like bispoke or simpleng porma ,very minimal..pag tcross .Iba yong natural..semplicity is the best.. hindi magulo very iba ang porma

Paano naging mas mahal ang gas ng coolray? 18km/L at 90kph vs tcross na 17km/L?
Kase premium gasoline na above 95 octane ang suggestion ng casa sa coolray to prevent engine knocking, sa unleaded daw, mag eengine knock in a shorter period of usage. I guess sa VW is walang problema kahit unleaded. Premium is obviously mas mahal kesa unleaded.
Ok yung comparisson nyo ha. Hindi ba jerky yung DCT ng Geely sa stop-and-go traffic?

diba ay rear ac vents din ang coolray yun nga lang nasa ilalim ng front seat. baka pwede niyo test kung gaano ka okay yung rear ac vent nun kung may ambag ba sa dagdag lamig o design lang. thanks
Halos lahat ng car meron ac vents sa baba ng front seat kahit mga medyo luma na. Yung point ng rear ac vent para matapat sa passengers yung hangin. The T Cross has both vents sa baba ng seats and sa gitna.

Thanks! I agree sobrang laki talaga ng space.. I took my parents to Iligan City from Cebu nag travel kami via Duamaguete to Dapitan then Iligan.. Sobrang comfy nya dalhin and the engine power is very okay talaga.. tatlo kami sakay tapos loaded with my parents stuff sa likod (like isang kwarong gamit.. lol) but still i didn't felt any under power during overtaking..

Coolray may look good in and out and may have a faster Engine (ps and torque)
but ride comfort no doubt Tcross for me.
it will also last longer in my opinion.

Sa Ngayon kasi brand new Ang cars. After 3 years pagnaglabasan na yun problema dun natin Makita kung sino talaga Ang the best. Nga lang may nakikita na Ako for sale na gcr sa mga used car stores

sensya, medyo naconfuse ako sa mas mahal gasolina ng GCR, e s fuel economy, both city and highway, lamang ng konti si GCR?
The GCR needs high-octane fuel, hence, pricier.

btw, how did u obtain the 7 and 18? my experience is 7 for combined :( tbh, medyo ma-gas nga ako, who wouldn't be tempted to rev up? i guess best highway efficiency ko is just 15, magbabago kaya consumption ko once i hit over 1k kms? until now kasi, around 700kms, still at 7kms/l combined
@@raycg80 that was tested while on the highway, cruise control set at 90 km/h and the instrument reset upon reaching that speed.
@@Philkotse thanks for being so active in responding to queries! just had my gcr filled up earlier (sagad) from a previous sagad full tank. guage says 6.8km/l but my computation of range/filled gas equated to 5.9 :(

Kapag turbo required nyan premium gas, dapat kasama Yan sa pag compute sa fuel economy. Sasabihin Lang ng salesman pwede sa reg gas pero and totoo premium reqmnts nyan, Alam nman nating Mas mahal and premium gas.

Yan Sinabi sakin Nung nagtanong ako buti nalang Alam ko na kapag turbo premium gas Yan pero pinagpilitan parin ng salesman na pwede, imagine MO Yung Hinda Maalam na na buyer edi yari na.

They forgot to say na ang T Cross merong Sport Mode. Masarap I set kapag nasa traffic light na naka stop at kasabay mo mga naghahamon na motorsiklo. Pag ka green light bigla ka mag sport mode and ihaharurot mo. Kaya nya from 0 to 90kph in 4 seconds. Walang makahabol na motorsiklo sayo. Magme menor ka lang near traffic light intersection and eventually mahahabol ka ng motor tas bigla mo businahan signaling that they are sore losers hahahaha. Try it specially sa Daang Hari. Liter na sports car na pang drag race hehehe

And the Coolray has AC vents at the back, that can be found below the front seats..
AC vents under the seats are not strong enough to cool the passengers 🤦♂️

Anubanaman, dun sa Value for Money, Tcross pa rin ang pinili?? Don't pander to the manufacturer, it just sends a bad message to your viewers on your objectivity. Nakakainis ang reviewers na kailangang palaging "draw" ang conclusion.
Playing safe reviewers e, pero obvious kung sino panalo. In the end, branding ang mahalaga sa mga pinoy kaya ayun. Parang samsung vs xiaomi sa android phones

@@hafizmakiglalis4380 T-Cross is sold globally and uses a global platform also used by Audi, Skoda, and SEAT vs Coolray that's originally designed for China only. Volvo also doesn't use the Coolray's platform.
Actually kung tutuusin talagang value for money yung Volkswagen. That alone explains it: youre getting a Volkswagen for this cheap. Understandable na very affordable yung Geely since it's a Chinese car after all.
Obviously, the result wasn’t a draw (it was actually a landslide victory for the Coolray).
That last part was for Value for Money in the eyes of the reviewers, which, by the way, isn’t only about tech and features because you also pay for other parts of the car that can’t be altered/added like space and comfort, among others.
