why aren’t you mentioning that the s-presso scored a 0 in the crash test conducted for vehicles in Asia?🤨
Because the S-Presso tested by Global NCAP didn’t have the same specs as what we have locally. It only had driver’s airbag and no ISOFIX tether points, so it scored badly in almost all categories, hence the zero star crash safety rating.
@@Philkotse to add, the unit tested for that NCAP (which is the Indian variant) also doesn't have seat belt pre-tensioners and side door impact beams.
Why didn't you mention that the one tested was the Indian variant? 🤨

I believe ok na tong sasakyan sa mga di maselan tlga hehe, Yung mga gusto ng AT and sinasabi bagsak sa crash test, edi kuha nalang ng AT and pasado sa NCAP. Hindi po madaling magka sasakyan kahit basic car yan. kasi kaya sya ginawang basic para maafford ng masa ang convenience sa mga short or city travels. Kasi kahit basic car tong spresso eh you have to take into consideration ang gas money, insurance, amortization, maintenance and iba pang mga gastos like if nabutasan ka ng gulong etc. I know accidents happen, pero be cautious lang. Pero if madami kang pera and afford mo mas maganda yung quality ng car ang pasado sa crash test and AT, madaming options from other brands. If hindi pa afford, you may settle with this. Because getting your car repossessed is your worst nightmare and last thing you want to happen.
Mahirap ang M/T sa mga hndi sanay. O kaya mga clutch drivers. Bukod sa madali masira ang clutch sira din tuhod mo. 😁 Para sa akin wala akong problema sa M/T. Mas preferred ko M/T.
I prefer MT, learned driving MT, pero nung sumasakit na yung binti ko sa traffic, mas gusto ko AT hahaha, yun nga lang kung maglalabas man sila ng AT variant nito, need to weigh kung sulit sa price.
Ang lakas maka-sineskwela ng review hahaha pero salamat po sa honest and good review, I'm planning on buying it this month of April na, afford na dahil nakatagpo ng maayos na work. Awa ni Lord.
This will be my first ever brand new car, may car kami before, Nissan LEC nabili lang nmin as 2nd hand for 80k lol but eventually we had to sell it for funds. But this time, I'll treat this as my first ever car na napag-ipunan ko and I'm getting more and more excited dahil napakaganda ng reviews na napapanuod at basa ko online.
Gonna get the orange MT with Alloy Wheels.
I just have my mom and dad, the three of us living together and ang pangarap ko na makahawak ng malaking susi while posing in front of a brand new car paid by my own blood money will be a remembrance that I will always cherish.

Very gas efficient. Yan ang masasabi ko sa suzuki spresso.. ang angas pa ng dating. Maraming nagsasabi na muka raw matapang in front and Mini SUV ang dating pag side. Very good din sa sa hatak specialy baguio, tagaytay and isabela province. ❤❤
My wife is also eyeing on this car but unfortunately, she only drives AT. Would have been great if suzuki will offer the AT variant.
my 1st car, so far so good. easy to maneuver to tight spaces, fuel efficient, has enough hp if I need to overtake.

Sa panahon ng taas ng gas ngyon, eto ung mga kotse na will get you and stretch your budget. as long as comportable, naka AC at maayos ang takbo ok na. cute din naman to, this will be more than enough for quick drives around the city. especially hindi mataas sa monthly amortization.
Swak yung tandem nyong dalawa mga Sir sa pagreview ng mga sasakyan. Parang normal lang yung usapan nyo. Very energetic, nakakaaliw at hindi nakakaboring. Tagalog pa madaling maintindihan. Astig 👊. More power mga Sir at sa PhilKotse sa mga review nyo.

The clutch pedal of spresso is so soft, so regardless to that do not worry about hard pressing clutch. It has a friendly clutch believe me.

Ang Suzuki ay tinatanggal na nila ang CVT for small displacement engine. They are using ung AGS/AMT na meron sa Dzire. Sakto, ang new Celerio ay irerelease na sa Pinas and sana may AGS variant sila irelease at ireview ng Philkotse :)

A good progress from Maruti-Suzuki were the previous 0 rating from NCAP became 3 stars. 3 stars for adult and 2 stars for child\. It's better than nothing.
An AGS variant of this car is going to be a hit in the market for sure.

Good for daily city runs and highway runs as well if traveled by few and not 5 people in the car . Indian version gets android auto and car play as well I think .

Very nice review. I love its orange color which I was thinking to buy. However, I already have a Suzuki APV GLX, 2017 model which I truly love and a Kia 2700 light commercial vehicle. More than 2 vehicles would be quite difficult to really maintain as my experience before and thus I sold my old AUV custom made. I actually went to a Suzuki dealership in Kawit to inquire. There is no orange colored SE available. I took it as a sign not to buy for now as the fuel prices keep going up and the world economy is uncertain. It is not a priority. I decided to have my Kia's rusty parts repaired and have it repainted orange. Also, I like the Japanese surplus Suzuki Every Wagon Transformer. However, a little bit more savings would get one a brand new Spresso... Anyway, I will wait for newer upgrades to Spresso. Who knows, it might offer an Automatic Transmission. All my vehicles that I had were manuals. With the traffic, I would like to acquire a AT for this purpose. I only like the Spresso and AUV so far.
6'1" ako pero putcha, gusto ko porma ng S-Presso. Yung AT/AGS variant di pa umaabot dito sayang. Pero kutob ko, di nila pinapaabot pa dito yung AGS variant, kasi medyo tataas talaga cost nung kotse pag nilagyan nito.
Tingin mo kuya sakto kaya sayo yan bilang 6'1 I mean yung binti pag nagdadrive hahahaha ang angas kasi ng pormaaa ehhh kaso 5'11 akoo feel ko di comfortable 😭
@@SadBheeseChurger Nakasakay na ko sa SPresso. Ang spacious sa loob. PERO ang pinaka naging di ko lang gusto, non adjustable yung Steering Wheel. PERO space wise, mas magkakasya ka. Kung ako nga nagkasya at medyo maluwag pa eh.

For city driving specially dito sa metro manila sna may AT ito sna bilbilhin ko pogi ang porma pero brio na lng kinuha ko di nman nagkakalayo presyo swak at pasok khit masikip na daan tpid din Sa gas sa City driving masaya na din ako sa brio honda pa. Pero astig ksi sna porma nito parang kapeng espresso swabe

may future sana suzuki sa car industry internationally if maganda results ng safety tests nila, even americans nagugustuhan nila yung jimny for mini crossover and light trails + affordable pa, kaso nga lang di pasado ang ibang kotse ng suzuki sa U.S dahil sa lack of safety nila
i like this car since it more preferable than a motorcycle or tricycle!shielded better from the elements!..and more importantly,it is the only affordable from my meager salary!huhuhu..

I have the Hyundai Eon for 8 years and "upgrading" to the Spresso so no expectations.

@@jojanmercado4260 yes kaya naka qoutes kasi it's really not an upgrade for most owners. But for me it is kasi sa dual airbag, parking sensors, alloy wheels and having the japanese branding even though same ang Eon and Spresso ng manufacturing plant sa India. I really do not need a big sedan this Kei cars really fit the bill for me and the Manila carmageddon setting.
