so I got real event OCD by obsessing over my relapses to porn and masturbation.
I was doing extremely well, and one thing lead to another (got tempted) and relapsed again.
Is that normal? I’m handling this very well imo. But still feel guilty.
I can own my behavior but others don't forgive.
