    Looking ahead to the remainder of 2024, here are some key changes to watch for:
    Tips and Service Charges - New law and code of practice on how employers distribute tips and service charges will come into effect.
    Dismissal and Reengagement - A new code of practice on dismissal and reengagement will be introduced in summer 2024.
    Predictable Working Patterns - Eligible workers will have the right to request more predictable working patterns, expected around September 2024.
    Preventing Sexual Harassment - By October, a new law will require employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
