Not based on the same timeline. After he had his lightning reflected back at him, he is far weaker with a lightsaber. The only reason why darth vader never killed him, is because sidious purposely restrained his suit, and added things that would allow him to easily overrule darth vader.
Idk, the remakes got fumbled hard. You have to admit they should've had way more content, it's not like it's an old game made by a cheap company, it's a next gen game by a billion dollar enterprise. If the 2005 game had like 20 maps, why do the new ones have like 12? First remake had like 3 or 4... and no space battles...

I still think the animations on the 2005 one are far more interesting, even though they are less "organic" and "natural". Running with Yoda and slashing the shit out of droids was so awesome!
It is definitely more fluid and cool looking. I also think it's pretty interesting that the attack in Battlefront 2 (2005) is the exact same as his attack in Rogue One at the end.

2017 is my favourite, feel like it gets a bad rap, yeah EA made a dumb move, but the game is stunning and developed with passion from people who clearly understand Star Wars. It's not perfect but it's not a bad game either, and the improvements both graphically, and gameplay wise within 2 years are remarkable. The original was great too. Depending on your gameplay preference there's many reasons to favour it, I personally prefer close-up combat, so 2017 delivers nicely on that front.
Yes ii do like 2017 as well. Because it gave me a feeling of Star Wars. Now i do wish they had more than 2 modes for the bots like Heroes VS Villains Galactic Assault so that when you get tired of Multiplayer for a little bit you can play against AI with fun and the same modes. That is what 2005 did but still nonetheless that and the progression system are the only problems i had with EA's version. Neither than that the game is awesome!

Stevean2 ummm they've already fixed a lot of the big problems and have confirmed to be reworking the progression system and adding more offline content. It's a pretty fun game I'd recommend it.

There is a secret basic attack for Darth Maul in the classic bf2 which involves him twirling his double blade saber in a 360 motion. Its pretty cool. I guess only true fans will know. But they way you do it is. As your hitting the trigger R2 or RT ,as soon as mual does a kick let go go of the trigger and hit it the trigger once he throws a flying kick.

I wish galactic assault is added in as an update, I really loved blowing up the ships on the inside. I still play the original on my PS2 though. I’ve got all battlefronts, OG1 OG2, EA1 EA2. I had my hopes up for OG3 aswell but it was cancelled.
OG3 was released under the name Renegade Squadron, there was also another Battlefront called Elite Squadron. They're on the PSP, but I'm certain you can emulate them with PPSSPP on PC

batfear007 exactly. Im not saying all new games suck, but its clear as day that the drive to make quality games has been replaced with the desire to make money. A perfect example, other than battlefront of course, would be the loot box system that has taken over gaming completely. Game wise though, its not secret that this generation of new games does not hold up to the quality of the past. like I said before, just because a game has good graphics doesn't mean it is a good game.
Still, though, the argument comes across as critisizeing a game for having good grahics

There is a secret basic attack for Darth Maul in the classic bf2 which involves him twirling his double blade saber in a 360 motion. Its pretty cool. I guess only true fans will know. But they way you do it is. As your hitting the trigger R2 or RT ,as soon as mual does a kick let go go of the trigger and hit it the trigger once he throws a flying kick.

2015 and 2017 has the Akward lightsaber combat Star Wars Game i ever seen. But Graphics and Sound Designs are awsome. If were talking the performance of this 3 games, 2017 won this battle. but if the Gamplay itself, 2005 will won in anyways

I wish galactic assault is added in as an update, I really loved blowing up the ships on the inside. I still play the original on my PS2 though. I’ve got all battlefronts, OG1 OG2, EA1 EA2. I had my hopes up for OG3 aswell but it was cancelled.
OG3 was released under the name Renegade Squadron, there was also another Battlefront called Elite Squadron. They're on the PSP, but I'm certain you can emulate them with PPSSPP on PC

The hero combat system is way faster and more improved in 2017 BF which is good, but am I the only one who feels like the heroes got weaker, it’s just so easy to take a hero down in a matter of seconds it’s ridiculous
Praise Jones EA talk about it, the Heroes in 2015 were walking tanks, it was almost impossible to kill them when they spot you, (more Darth and Luke) that’s why EA made them “weaker” just to have a chance against them

I still remember taking my laptop which it could run battlefront 2 with 30 fps, at the time it was a great and expensive laptop, anyway and going to my friend's house and playing co-op or versus together!
