I did, the Labyrinth is my 10yr son's favorite movie and in which also where he discovered a love for Bowie music 😁 Teamlabs looks so cool, can't wait to visit later this year.
27:09 the "David Bowie vibes" is called contact juggling. They actually had a professional BEHIND David and doing all the tricks...thus they did all those tricks blind...and David had his hands behind his back 😅 There are some bloopers of the effect.
I've always wanted to go, so thank you for enjoying your time there for us and showing us around. It's all so neat and grand. I love any content in Tokyo you have to show us thanks Chris❤
Ditto. Don’t want to watch too much. I totally enjoyed Planets this summer and can’t wait for Borderless! Don’t want too many spoilers. So I’ll watch from between my fingers.
My autistic son would love this so much. We went to something similar locally that was a traveling exhibit for Van Gough. He absolutely enjoyed every second and immersed himself and his senses.
I went to this exhibit back when it was located in Odaiba and I am still in awe about the beauty that is suddenly surrounding you, when you enter the exhibit. It was breathtaking. The birds chasing the birds was my favorite part, though. The music they play while showing the "movie" is just stunning. Goodbumps all over again and again.
Thanks for watching! If you enjoyed the one in Odaiba, you'll enjoy this one too with some added and changed exhibits. I dub the one room the David Bowie room hahah.
Thank you for bringing us to teamLab, Chris! I love your videos so much! They bring me so much joy, laughter and comfort ❤ I’m so sorry you had to go thru the labyrinth so many times but I couldn’t stop cry laughing at that segment 😂
You don't understand how obsessed with this place I am; I am so jealous that there's not a place like this in the U.S.! I know I'll never get the chance to go to Japan, but if I ever did, going to teamLab would be something I had to do. Seeing videos of the crystal lights room a few years ago is what sparked my awe of this place, it's just so beautiful and amazing.
I absolutely love these types of exhibits, I do tend to get motion sickness in some areas, even watching this was making me feel dizzy lol. Didn’t stop me watching tho. I loved your fish towel. Super cute.
Was so awestruck in by your video I instantly went and got tickets for my nephew, who is 9, my dad, and myself. We’re going to Japan and of next month and the first few weeks of April. My tickets for here will be during our last full day.
Thanks so much for sharing! Will be visiting it in a few weeks with a couple of elderly people so its good to see it in advance 😅 (need to make note to have them hold hands so they dont get lost lol). Awesome vid!! 💖💖
I vote to name your clownfish Hector lol As much as I've seen this exhibit on social media, I've never been interested enough to go myself. I am now. Thanks for the detailed look inside each room :)
I was so confused and I thought maybe it was designed like that? Nah, it was just me not being able to see the exit hahahhah. My camera man told me after he just let me go cause he thought it was funny.
Seeing this notification made me so excited! I went to Borderless in its original location, but I thought it had permanently closed. Your video was a wonderful surprise!! (And a joy to watch, as always!)
Is the kids slide and trampoline area there like how they had in the odaiba Borderless. Looks like they had much more kids activites in the previous Borderless.
Hello! Just wondering how wheelchair / walker friendly Disney Sea and Japan are in general ? Me and my gf are planning a trip and it was something on our minds. Thank you.
I don’t have much experience with it. Someone else can speak better to it than I can. From what I’ve been told it’s hit or miss. The theme parks do a good job. Around Japan it really depends. I recommend checking out websites that talk about accessibility and check with things you wanna do like museums to see what they do. Thank you for watching!
Nice video. Thanks for sharing! In Teamlab Borderless, do you remove your shoes in order to enter certain rooms ? Please reply, it is a big help. Thanks in advance!
I like these kinds of new aged Modern Art Museums. Sure they are kind of commercial, but they are fun and you get to see artist experiment in ways they probably couldn't otherwise afford to
I'm going to Tokyo in March and wondering if this would be suitable for 2 and 6 years old children. Also, I read somewhere that you have to go in barefoot and there are parts that have water spaces. Is that the same in Tokyo? Thank you!
I see people holding tripods and selfie sticks. Are we allowed to bring that into the exhibition? I will be visiting TeamLab borderless in March next month but I'm going alone so I'm just curious if I can bring a tripod and selfie stick to record myself in the rooms
I passed on it, after watching it I got doubts, I dont think I would like to be in the rooms that is claustrophobic, or not knowing where is entrance / exit. and getting lost
ON A SERIOUS NOTE, DO THEY HAVE PEOPLE TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR WAY OUT WHEN YOU GET LOST, I WILL BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE AND BLAME IT ON A SENIOR MOMENT LOL.
I usually watch UA-cam videos on my TV. I did not know what to expect, but in the first room, it scared me. It made me feel strange. It's difficult to explain. I guess it has to do something with my balance problems, and I dont like highs. So, I stopped the video. 🫣 But I will keep watching your regular videos. ❣️
...i think i will bump my head or walk with arms wide open on such place, much as i wanted to experience teamlab🥲..thank u for touring for me, i had fun and made me smile today😊
Please tell me someone understood my Labyrinth reference, haha.
Yes I love the labyrinth
Jareth and his crystal ball juggling!
I did, the Labyrinth is my 10yr son's favorite movie and in which also where he discovered a love for Bowie music 😁 Teamlabs looks so cool, can't wait to visit later this year.
"You remind of the babe..." 😂❤

You are so welcome! Thank you for watching and commenting :)
Sorry, I only watched bits of this as we're going in 3 months and I didn't want to ruin the surprise! Thanks for all the great videos, Chris!
No worries! Thank you for commenting though! Have fun when you go, please come back and let me know how it was.
Ditto. Don’t want to watch too much. I totally enjoyed Planets this summer and can’t wait for Borderless! Don’t want too many spoilers. So I’ll watch from between my fingers.
Its great. Just be aware some of the rooms are hidden so its easy to miss them! (I did 😞😞)
My autistic son would love this so much. We went to something similar locally that was a traveling exhibit for Van Gough. He absolutely enjoyed every second and immersed himself and his senses.
I would love to go to one of these! Definitely a Bucket List item! I could spend days in a place like this.🥰
I hope you get to experience this one day. I easily spend hours in here because I get lost, hahah.
teamLab had an exhibit in my city last year and it was INCREDIBLE! Some rooms really felt like a dream.
Ohhh, which one was that? Thank you for watching!
That was SO magical!! Thank you, So much, for taking us along!🌸
Thanks for giving us a tour of the new museum! I went to the old one in Odaiba and we loved it. This one looks just as good or even better!
Thanks for watching! If you enjoyed the one in Odaiba, you'll enjoy this one too with some added and changed exhibits. I dub the one room the David Bowie room hahah.
Kinda reminds me of the time I went to the Asian Art Museum for a TeamLab event in SFO. I thought I was under a dream realm. It was so peaceful.
It's such a trip for the senses hahah.
Thank you for bringing us to teamLab, Chris! I love your videos so much! They bring me so much joy, laughter and comfort ❤ I’m so sorry you had to go thru the labyrinth so many times but I couldn’t stop cry laughing at that segment 😂

There is a small version of a museum like this in Las Vegas that is really cool.
I absolutely love these types of exhibits, I do tend to get motion sickness in some areas, even watching this was making me feel dizzy lol. Didn’t stop me watching tho. I loved your fish towel. Super cute.
The one room I got a little motion sick too (the ocean one or whatever it was called). Thank you for always watching and being here, Paula!
Thank you for this awesome video. Your wonderful and this was absolutely amazing. LOVE ❤️ IT
Already have my reservation here for my April trip, very excited
Have fun!
Was so awestruck in by your video I instantly went and got tickets for my nephew, who is 9, my dad, and myself. We’re going to Japan and of next month and the first few weeks of April. My tickets for here will be during our last full day.
Awesome! Have fun and don’t get lost like me hahahah
hello, i am going in 2 weeks! was it so crowded? around what time did your get there? thankss
@@sansan_sansan Unfortunately, my plans had to change. So, we’re not going until the last couple weeks of October.
Im not feeling all that well so im really happy you did a video today always makes me feel better
Aww, please feel better! Thank you for always watching :) I'm glad I can help in some way!
Thanks so much for sharing! Will be visiting it in a few weeks with a couple of elderly people so its good to see it in advance 😅 (need to make note to have them hold hands so they dont get lost lol). Awesome vid!! 💖💖
Also, any other advice when bringing the elderly aside from minding the floor and sticking to them to prevent them from getting lost? 😂
14:26 This felt like a Bob Ross/Mr Rogers moment. And I loved it. ♥
It's almost like inspirational heaven for me and other artists. ❤ All the rooms are gorgeous; i loved the Cosmic Space room.
I vote to name your clownfish Hector lol
As much as I've seen this exhibit on social media, I've never been interested enough to go myself. I am now. Thanks for the detailed look inside each room :)
I was laughing out loud at the unending “Wobbling Light” room and Chris’s slow decent into madness. 🤣
I was so confused and I thought maybe it was designed like that? Nah, it was just me not being able to see the exit hahahhah. My camera man told me after he just let me go cause he thought it was funny.
I, too, got lost inside lol. It was so beautiful and mesmerizing all at once.
That’s cool in the butterfly room, it follows and stays projected on you the entire time.
I love how they did that!
27:13 Chris referencing Jareth is a dream come true
Thank you for the tour!! Im going next month😮, I can not wait
Have fun!
How lovely!
Thank you for watching!
😊❤
Let’s go again soon.
I love the waves 🌊
I loved Planets but Borderless... IT WAS AMAZING! I wish I could stay there all day 😍😭
Wao just wao, this is a gift to the senses.
Seeing this notification made me so excited! I went to Borderless in its original location, but I thought it had permanently closed. Your video was a wonderful surprise!! (And a joy to watch, as always!)
Thank you! I'm glad I'm able to surprise still, haha. I hope you get to see this new location at some point!
The music sounds so calming~
It really is
"today's episode, in which Chris has a mild breakdown, we are visiting..." 😂❤
That's a better title LOL
As a 37-year-old that can draw about as well, I love the souvenirs!
you got lost like silly ol' pooh bear LOL!
Is the kids slide and trampoline area there like how they had in the odaiba Borderless. Looks like they had much more kids activites in the previous Borderless.
Amazing place!!
how many hours do you recommend i should spend to enjoy the museum?
the tour was so interesting though!! thanks a lot ill come somewhere in nov >
A good 3-4 hours (I think I mention it in the video but I can't remember lol). Thank you for watching!

Do you know if there are any coin lockers nearby to store carry on luggage?
I like these kinds of new aged Modern Art Museums. Sure they are kind of commercial, but they are fun and you get to see artist experiment in ways they probably couldn't otherwise afford to
When it's open to the general public, how busy or crowded is it? I'm planning to go to Japan in April, and we are curious about visiting.
The last location was incredibly busy, so I'll guess it'll be just as busy as before.
I love this place!! I forced my dad to go pre pandemic
It's a lot of fun. I hope you get to experience it again!
I'm going to Tokyo in March and wondering if this would be suitable for 2 and 6 years old children. Also, I read somewhere that you have to go in barefoot and there are parts that have water spaces. Is that the same in Tokyo? Thank you!
I don’t have children so I can’t speak to that (someone else may be able to). As for the barefoot that’s teamLab Planets not this one.
@@tdrexplorer Thanks Chris!
There is no age limit at teamLab. Children can also enjoy. Please be careful not to lose sight of your child or bump into others as it is crowded.
I see people holding tripods and selfie sticks. Are we allowed to bring that into the exhibition? I will be visiting TeamLab borderless in March next month but I'm going alone so I'm just curious if I can bring a tripod and selfie stick to record myself in the rooms
This was a media day so we were allowed to use those. Normal days no tripods. Selfie sticks I don’t know you’re best to check the website.
I passed on it, after watching it I got doubts, I dont think I would like to be in the rooms that is claustrophobic, or not knowing where is entrance / exit. and getting lost
Fair enough! It’s not for everyone.
I so understood your Labyrinth reference. Thank you for this video. I have no interest in going here and now I don’t have to!
Did you prefer this Teamlab planets. I only have time to go to 1
Does the tea house require a reservation?
This looks like a lot of fun! Those sharks are so cursed.
I didn't expect the drawings to swim into other parts of the exhibit, that was such a surprise.
Is there a map of room locations?
22:10 Even Cold November Rain
What time did you go?
I’m confused wheres the water rooms iv also seen before
That’s not at this one. That’s teamLab Planets where the water is. There are two different locations.
how much is the entry fee?
3800-4800 yen
❤❤❤
Thank you!
Yes, but is has been a while.
Oh, HECTOR! Why you must fly away?
Poor Hector!
ON A SERIOUS NOTE, DO THEY HAVE PEOPLE TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR WAY OUT WHEN YOU GET LOST, I WILL BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE AND BLAME IT ON A SENIOR MOMENT LOL.
There's staff there to help you.
@@tdrexplorer THANK YOU
This all looks soooo magical and beautiful. Wished I was there to experience it. Too bad I live in Canada. 😔
Hi
Hi again! Good to see you here :)
Imagine an Asian seeing the word "gold" on the wall and saying "oh it's so beautiful" in an American museum 😂
I really would’ve preferred this without you talking
Too bad I guess
dont talk so loud, respect the culture.
Don't be so loud
it looks like a complete waste of time.

Is there any particular time of day you would recommend visiting that would help avoid large crowds?
