Yes! I love all rolling techniques. I gotta say, your vids have helped me heal and stay on track to permanently fix my hip impingement and shoulder instability. I roll and rock every morning now :).
Yep, trying with my 70 years online on Monday. My 50 year olds loved, this morning crocodile crawling, with some solid Get Downs... Brutal strength, core and endurance workout Thanks Tim
Tim! Thank you!! I’m pregnant and my belly is so big I’ve been struggling with my segmental rolls and I’ve MISSED them!! I love this segmental eggroll! It’s easier to do with my belly and it feels GREAT!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Introducing the Seggmental roll - So tasty it doesn't even need duck sauce or spicy mustard. Liked the Franz & Hanz homage "Hear me now, Thank me later." 😁
Nice. This roll is part of my everyday morning routine ever since you mentioned it and the frog roll were amazing fundamentals a while back. Exorcist (the movie) moment at 1.40 in the video - feels so good on the neck 😁
Yes, kind of. Breathe through your nose, down into your belly. And make sure you are swinging your arms from your shoulders, allowing your arms to swing back behind your torso. The shoulders make the walk strong and healthy.
Yes, dizziness is one possible area - which can go away and remedy itself if approached with curiosity over aggressiveness. Other areas are neck range of motion, holding breath, straining, not using eyes, not using head, etc...
Ok, so we don’t want dizziness. So, slow the motion and / or reduce the range of motion to explore where you can go without getting dizzy. We want to know “what can we get away with?” If we play and roll in this safe zone, no matter how small, the dizziness may be corrected as the vestibular and visual systems get stronger. Then roller coasters galore!
Love ur quirky energy, don’t change a thing! And yes, u were right...thank u for this roll:)
Ha! Glad it is helpful! Thanks for “getting me.”

Thanks.

Hey, can you make a video on exercises to get taller?
(Especially Torso and Neck)
There are things you can do to optimize your structure/posture. Let me think on it.
Dead hangs
gonna go try this!
I hope it feels wonderful.

Awesome, Robert! Yes, the frog roll is also AMAZING. The exorcist - she was so powerful because of the head control she had...
Thanks anyway. 😊
This is FUN! Thank you Tim!
Tim I have a question, when walking, is there something I can focus on to make sure each step is as healthy and beneficial to my strength as possible?
Yes, kind of. Breathe through your nose, down into your belly. And make sure you are swinging your arms from your shoulders, allowing your arms to swing back behind your torso. The shoulders make the walk strong and healthy.
Original Strength thanks so much tim, I’m trying it out right now!🤝

I like this roll but, unfortunately, it makes me dizzy!😟

Ok, will do. It’s the head swivel that’s the problem. Small movements it is then! Thanks for the advice. 👍🏻
