Thank you, Pam. ❤️ We never have them locally. I traveled over 3 hours to visit my son & his family. Walked into the first Goodwill and they have many of them. We purchased 3 of them and I love them for storage. Hope you find one soon ❤️
@@CreativeDIYPurpose omg the rose toile right now I’ve done so many super cute things with it. My next purchase Will definitely be the regards stamp for sure😬
@@tmerglewski814 yes! I have rose toile and I've used some in videos. I have kindest regards in my online cart now lol. I know I'll use the script often. I am waiting to decide what color paint to buy next then I'll order
Lol, being a primitive girl at heart, I love the black shelf, the black chair... And especially the black basket, but even more the liner you added to it! What a great idea for just that little something when don't need a lot, but something.... Lol, I have run into that issue so many times and end up overdoing it. But never thought about a liner! And I was surprised to see hot glue held it on fine! Definitely something I'll be trying myself. And I like the addition of the iron on fabric labels to the more farmhouse white baskets. Thanks for sharing such great ideas!
Ohh, and I love rolling pin idea with the paper on it... I actually ordered a set of transfer graphics that was old advertising pages (from Ali Express, just to try out transfers) They're smaller, so I was sure what I'd so with them, but now I wonder if it would also work on something like a rolling pin lol! Also, I love using a dark stain on baskets. Unfortunately the stain is stinky and get stain isn't as good, but once the smell fades, it looks really good, especially with the black like you did! Love it.
❤ Thank you! I had so much fun with these Makeovers and plan doing some more prim style upcycles this summer. I think because the fabric was a thinner material it allowed it to adhere well. You are welcome and I appreciate you watching & taking the time to comment ❤ Blessings Kim
@@CreativeDIYPurpose ohh, nice! I love primitive! I was trying to do the cottage/farmhouse/Granny Chic... And I do love it, but it's still primitive that makes my heart beat a little faster when I see it! Lol! I really hope it swings back around into style. I feel like it's still only a small niche community & it's that If you love Primitive, you LOOOVE primitive, lol! I'm waiting for people to get tired of whites and brights, lol, then they'll catch on to Prim, bc it's STILL "farmhouse", just darker or more natural colors 😉.. And, of course, even OLDER & more chippy looking 😁😉

All of these projects are great. The picnic basket is perfect just like you did it. I think my favourite is the rolling pin. That was such a creative way to decorate it. I will definitely remember this next time I have a rolling pin.
Wow this is a great video! Very useful ideas/tips! I love to make diy videos too. Your video is very inspirational! Thank you for sharing your talent and time with us!
These all turned out so well! I really LOVED your black peg rail shelf which is a color I usually don't do, but I recently did a decorative box in black and loves how it turned out. I might have to incorporate more black 😊. I also loved the chalkboard with the floral you added to it. I'd never thought of that before. My other favorite was your market fresh white waxed wooden crate. That was gorgeous. I think that all of your labels were so pretty and really added that extra special touch 😊
Thank you Jane! Years ago I used to paint alot of Primitive decor (my BFF had a Prim store). But since then most everything I paint is white. But I had lots of black paint on hand to use so decided to use it up! ❤
So happy I found you!! I loved all of them !!! the picnic basket , I’m so glad you left the original bottom. Perfect! I’ve been picking up most of the baskets I find. So now I have loads of inspirations! Thank you💕
Hi Joanie! I am so happy you found us! Welcome ❤ Baskets are one of my favorites! If u find some that you like and don't want to paint, sometimes a fresh coat of clear wax helps refreshen but keep the original beauty ❤ Blessings, Kim
Love all your projects today.. I like the black basket where you stamped the IOD and made your own material for inside your basket. Where do you get the iron on.? I just started watching you. And love your ideas.
Hi Lynn & welcome! Thank you! I made the iron on graphic on canva (I linked the digital download below so you can have one) & the actual iron on paper I linked below where u can order some. I was amazed how easy it was (& thankful ;) ❤
Loved all your projects! So cute! I just picked up a ladder back chair myself with a wicker seat and am planning to paint it black and distressing it. Got it at Goodwill for 12.99 it is truly an antique so was hard to make the decision to paint it, the wood tone is also so beautiful but I think it will sell better painted. … Love your white waxed wooden basket that was beautiful!!

I love all your projects. I'm a beginner and was wondering what type of printer you use to print card stock and tissue paper, etc. We only have a Brother printer and I'm not sure that would work. Thanks.
Hi Connie & thank you. I use a basic inkjet printer from HP. The only issue I have with my ink is in order for the ink not to run when printing on tissue paper is to spray w sealer twice prior to Mod Podging. But other than that it's wonderful.
