I just found your chnl and love how showed the makers marks on the dishes... There is SO MUCH out there in the thrift world, that it's hard to know what's good, what's nothing, what's old, what's new, lol, even to look online I get so many results I give up and I'd hate to toss out something I think is just new over produced China junk and turns out it's something vintage and collected. I volunteer at a small, local thrift shop at my towns Council on Aging and bc we have short hours during the week, and actually close in the winter now, we aren't hugely known. We do get tons of donations, old, new, etc.. And always have an abundance of glass wear and China dishes, esp tea cups & saucers. But bc we only have so much room, we mark things cheap, then it goes to half off, then it goes. Either the dump or or we'll try to find someone else to pick it up, but usually they figure if it didn't sell for half off, like $1, it won't sell there either.... So, I try to go through it and grab anything different or vintage looking, lol, but it can be hard. We get SOME collectors, but even they miss things. When I find videos that talks about vintage items, I try to save it and go back when I can, but also try to remember what was worth saving, lol! So thanks for that!
Honestly this started for me by going secondhand shopping to buy items to upcycle & then I would run a Google Image search (& yes sometimes conflicting info on items appear lol) and I ended up with many vintage/antique items so that's how I started collecting and selling those as well. I don't search for anything with high monetary value but nostalic items that may bring joy to others. As you research you'll learn about the brands and beable to spot them on the shelves and know what they are. I have been surprised a few times thinking there's no way an item is a collectible and I was wrong lol. Wow what a great opportunity you have to find some treasures. If I live near you I'd come shop! I'm from a small area and we don't have many thrift shops, I have to travel a few hours south or wait till yard sale season! ❤ Thank you for watching & reach out anytime! Blessings Kim

Everything looks fabulous. I purchased a pitcher just like yours for $ 1. at a junk shop as I thought it unique and was going to do something similiar. However, a friend looked at the pitcher and told me not to touch it as it was valuable. Mine was stamped Hall on the bottom and when she looked it up, it had sold on ebay for $75.00. Lol I now have a $75. Pitcher that I will probably end up selling on Ebay. You just never know.

The mini coffee cups are absolutely my favorite product. As for the projects I love the frame with the wreath but I was also impressed by your ingenuity of coloring the moss. That's was such a great idea. The eggs turned out lovely too. Can't wait to watch again next Sunday.

So very creative! I really liked the handmade wreath in the beadboard frame. You did such a great job on it, and the bird tag gave it that extra special touch! My other favorite was that metal bowl 😍

I have 3 vintage windows that I need to do something unique with, could you please give me some ideas on some unique things to do with them.

How many panes do they have? & do you favor a particular design style?
Maybe use them as a door(s) for a shadow box or small cabinet to display a small collection.
On the wall to display a quilt in back of it or a piece of art work in the front.
Add a shelf to the wall w decorative hooks (hang a basket w dried florals? & mount the window above the shelf. .Maybe add a small garland across the window holding photos, lace dollies folded over or maybe greenery. This display could be functional in an entryway to hold keys, to do notes, bags, etc.
Just a few of my first thoughts. Maybe they will spark a different idea ❤ Blessings, Kim

When you say you purchased on Canva can you explain? I have Canva pro which I pay for but I don’t purchase individual graphics and I’m not allowed to make them available to others. I’ve looked for a area to purchase just individual graphics that maybe aren’t available in pro but can’t find that area. Great video!
