Clumping means agglutination reaction between A-Antigen, B-Antigen, and D-Antigen on the red cell's membrane with the antibodies such as Anti-A, B, and D reagents.
Clumping mean the agglutination(fighting/break down) between the antigen and antibodies... Antigens are present over the surface of RBC and the antibodies are the given serums... If the serum agglutinate the blood them it would be that blood group....
I think it is possible if none of the parents pass the RHD, because RH positive is dominant so if both parents are carriers for RH positive then the child can be RH negative; Dd(carries RH positive) dd(RH negative)
Negative groups will not clump through agglutination. That's why blood with negative RH is able to donate to either positive or negative. Positive RH however, can only donate to another positive RH.
This is what I was looking for. Very clear and easy to understand. Thank you
This is a crystal clear explanation
Best video of blood group test😇
Best video of blood group explanation others were confusing me
perfect explaination given in this video
Shouldnt we drop the antisera first
This is one information for blood type it’s important for this facts
The blood you used is washed rbc? And what type of vacuum tube you used when collecting a blood?
If you mix two different blood types together, will you also see the agglutination process?
It depends on the type of the blood

I am o Rh d positive what does it mean I don't understand???
Background music is too high..plz make is low pitc
Yep yea
If Agglutination occur in antiD and antiA is what pls
sir! I have a doubt that if three of the blood drops doesn't clump. what will be the blood group sir?
O-, it does not have neither the A,B antigen nor the RH factor.
O negative
The best🎉
What blood group is negative?
Agglutination test for this video its capable for some test results need to update some test too be safe
Betwein anti B in the first pazient and anti B in the last sample i see no difference? And where is "0 negative" example?
There is a difference on the first one there is no agglutination on the last there is
What "clumping" means? And what A, B, D are actually, and where from?

Thank you so much sir very formative. How do you identify the serum if you don’t know which serum belongs to which patents?
If you're not sure which serum belongs to which patient just re-extract blood sample again to be sure.
Very nice explain 👌
Very well explained, thank you so much.🙏🙏
And when you say A positive in term it actually means what?
ABO Group = A, B, O, AB
Rh Group= + , -
A positive = A Rh +
It means that you have the "A" antigen and Rh factor in your blood
What is clumping
Thank you sir it's was very clear and helpful
Sir please see last one slide
It may be O positive???
If not
Then what will O positive?
Kindly answer me...
If there is agglutination only on the antiD section, that means it is O positive.
"O" positive
Blood with Anti-A : no agglutination
Blood with Anti-B : no agglutination
Blood with Anti-D : positive agglutination
Nice restaurant explanation
that is so cool!!
Hello parents A+ both but baby A-
Is it possible.please reply
I think it is possible if none of the parents pass the RHD, because RH positive is dominant so if both parents are carriers for RH positive then the child can be RH negative; Dd(carries RH positive) dd(RH negative)
What r those sticks for?
about negative group?
Negative groups will not clump through agglutination. That's why blood with negative RH is able to donate to either positive or negative. Positive RH however, can only donate to another positive RH.
I really understand it very well 😊
thanks so much needed this for my exam
Is that "D" or "0"?
That's D...anti Rh
Thank you very much it was understanding and I was very happy
Thank you you're explaining
How to find negative blood type
No clumping or agglutination
I appreciate the music so much!
