I think that since it's based on MaterialX, other renderers might add support for it in future updates. Why don't you just use plain MaterialX instead? That's a good question
@@brokenfix Thanks for the information. I currently use maya's node editor I dont know much about material X. Should i start using it? What is the best way to learn it and do i have to learn something else with it like usd things.
@@antiquegamer5027 Here is a great example of MaterialX working fine on both Arnold and Vray ua-cam.com/video/8_D8-mKrxfY/v-deo.html. Many other renderers should work fine out of the box, too

In a studio 128gb RAM and a 16cores CPU is minimal I would say. But for a hobbyist 32gb ram and a 8core ryzen7 is more than enough.
