    Great job. I spent half the video looking at your beautiful workshop and coveting your tools.

    Maurice everything you make is amazing. I just sit there completely content watching your videos. Inlay by hand with no C&C machine. Sitting there and hand planing until it fits just right. A true craftsman. I seriously am jealous of your shop. Using a forstner bit with the depth set to remove the center material I wouldn't have thought of that. I would have used a router and lost my fence going to deep into the wood. You're the man!

      +joe brown Hi Joe! Wondered if and when you'd show up ;-) Nice to have you here! Yes, a cnc would have been a nice tool to use in a project like this. But, since I don't have one I have to use what I do have. (my two hands included) Thanks Joe!

    I finally understand why anything with real wood, crafted by hand, is so bloody expensive. Totally worth the money, now that I see the amount of effort put into it. Great craftsmanship! Is this available for sale? And is it customisable?

    • @MauriceBlok
      @MauriceBlok  9 років тому

      +Debbie Chen quite a few wrote me and asked if it's for sale and or customisable. I made this one for myself and consider it a novelty item/ project. So far after two hands full of inquiries no one actually ordered one. And besides, there would be safer ways ( due to expansion and contraction of the wood in different climates and seasons) to make a protective case
