- Overall, I would only recommend the smoothies, detox shots, and noodle bowls. If you want those specific things then it's worth the money. The regular bowls lack flavor and aren't even that low calorie.

"Not seasoned well" is honestly you still being really nice! I just finished the potato soup which has 32% sodium if you eat the whole cup & I had to add salt still because it was so bland with no flavor. Nothing was ready to eat in my opinion...you have to add garlic, hot sauce, chili oil or else they are not edible imo.
And everything was sooo mushy compared to the photos! I did it for the food part vs the smoothies, but the smoothies I tried were good. This review is really spot on guys!

Thanks so much for your honest review...I was seriously considering signing on with them. I think I'll keep looking. By the way, is there a plant-based or vegan meal service you would recommend that is flavorful, organic with decent portions and doesn't make you homeless in the process. If so, please let me know ASAP, I'd like to start very soon.

I done splendid spoon on and off so I'm pretty familiar with the site. You can pick 5 smoothie and 5 noodle bowls for $115 or 5 smoothie and 2 noodle bowl for $85. I love that its easy to cancel or change up the menu. But yeah those grain and soup bowls just sat in my fridge after awhile. I eventually tried most of them, no flavor! A struggle to finish all of them, most are edible but not enjoyable. I haven't tried the noodles tho, so I'm going to restart my plan.
This is my biggest worry about these boxes

Honest and great review. That is the truth the food it tasteless and mush and you have to force yourself to eat it! I canceled after one order. A few changes and seasoning and it would be delicious! I still don't want mush for dinner, I will save that for oatmeal in the morning!

Did you find out if you can get just noodles and smoothies?
Yes you can apparently, but I haven't figured it out.
@@KimberlyGamble You can add noodles to anything, and get only noodles + smoothies. The only issue is price: the price increases dramatically when noodles are added to any plan. Right now I pay $115 for 2 soups/grains and 5 noodles (7 items total).

You're the only one who made a negative video about them without unboxing the products, and showing the food after you heated the food up on video. Weird. I love Splendid Spoon bowls, taste good to me.
