Subscribed. Doing intensive research on getting into Hotshot as a non-CDL driver. Watching videos and taking a lot of notes. From starting an LLC to buying the rig and everything in between. I really appreciate you candid approach. I could not do this without people like you. Thanks!

Im glad you said 1000$ a week for truck and trailer payments. If you don’t pay your equipment off based off the mileage you will definitely be very upside down, and quick! Great point

So important to fund equipment repairs, replacement and replacement on a per mile driven basis. Then listen to your accountant when they suggest buying replacement equipment for tax benefits.

If you ever hire others drivers, let me know. I would like to work with you & get some experience, you seem more honest than most of the other UA-camrs

All sound advice. I drive a 2020 duramax 3500. Maintained religiously. New transmission at 149k, new engine at 176k. “Like a Rock” That’s why you need a maintenance fund. Also, my 35 year loyalty to chevy has ended.
