eBay doesn’t tell sellers what discount they get on shipping until they go to print a label so I’m not going to guess what the shipping cost is and be wrong all the time. eBay being worried about me getting a small amount in my pocket from the shipping discount compared to them not putting my items online along with everyone else’s listings because I don’t use promoted listings is ridiculous. They already take 13.25% of each sale. It went from 10% in may 2023 to 13.25% by October 2023 and no notification about it to me what so ever is sad as well

So eBay is forcing sellers to give their discount to customers. Also this new shipping thing they are doing you can opt out of it. Most things sold on eBay sell for way less than retail so that is where the customer is getting the discount. It’s ridiculous.
