Yamaha pianos have such a nice stereo image, great for personal playing or for playing in a band. Nord's piano is so intimate and focused, but is bright enough to cut through the mix.
convinced with Nord but stage live playing in a cover band requires quick access to next parch with Nord small screen it will be a struggle, do you have a solution ?Thank you
This is actually one of the features I think Nord Stage is really good at. It is extremely easy to acces the next patch, as it requiers just one single press of a button, or you can even do it with a footpedal. The Nord Stage 3 has something called Song Mode were you basically can store all the patches you need for a specific tune (i.ex you might use one patch on the verse and another on the chorus), and it is extremely easy to switch between the different patches, and the transition between the patches are seamless(which means the sound does not cut off when you change patch) And the transition the diferrent songs are also seamless. On a Nord you dont need a big screen as 99% of all the features are hands on (knob pr knob function). If you have first learned the Nord way of working, every other preset based keyboard seems un-intuitive when it comes to live playing.(in studio it might be a different story)
Speak master, help me in a cruel doubt. I've heard a lot about the MODX keys not being good, that's true, right? I say this because I want to buy a MODX 7+ help me there except for this doubt thanks. Another thing I know that the MODX8+ has heavy GHS keys so they are better than the MODX7+. Sorry to be a layman on the subject. Thank you.
Have to disagree with you. The Nord is neither dull sounding nor overprized… But the volume on the Yamaha (which sounds really good btw) is louder than the Nord, making the comparison somewhat challenging.
@@theclaverman just my two cents. I’ve played Nord and feel the don’t sound as good. It is almost like the newest fad that everyone has to have. But to me there is no comparisons. Glad you like it and the sounds. If we were all the same and liked the exact same things in life, it would be boring. Different opinions and likes make for a more flavorful life.

Yes, i totally agree.
What do you mean? Do the nords they cut through the mix or not?
MODx8 sounds more like a natural piano to me. Nord is great and has a warm sound but I prefer the MODX8.
wiecej takich video prosze :) porownania roznych instrumentow ...
I like Yamaha DX7 electric piano and grand piano sounds because it reminds of cold water i drink. Nord has good grand piano and electric piano sounds.
Excellent demo. Thank you.
Thx you :)
Just the fact that you comparing modx with Nord prooves that Modx is a great VFM and its price is the 1/3rd of Nord's price. Awesome video.
Yamaha stereo image is much more open and more frequency rich, better for me. Nord is more "warm" and focused.
I like them both.
Yamaha is lively and sounds good, but Nord has more warmth and sounds more realistic IMO.
Yamaha melhor sempre.
YAMAHA MODX8 !
Modx touch screen amazing ambient pad woow. .
What’s sample piano used in the Nord?
Yamaha is the best in piano sounds
WOW MODX WON THE SHOW....😘😘⚡️⚡️
Do you like the hp? Idk if I should get that, the 73 waterfall version, or a piano 4.
I like Nord piano voice it real but modx piano voice is a little bit brighter than Nord.. very nice
Honestamente não consegui decifrar qual é o melhor. Os dois são muito bons.
MODX is brighter, Nord has warmer sound, better string resonance for me.
Piano sound galery name in the modx? Factory?

I read that the yamaha interface is too complex, is that so?
Superb
NORD 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼🇧🇷🇧🇷
I have them both, in my opinion piano sound in nord is more thick sound than modx but modx stereo image is more open than nord
Speak master, help me in a cruel doubt.

Thank you.
Not a piano but much better than Nord. I have both of these. Nord is good but comes nowhere near the programming power of the MOD x
The stero image is wider than nord. Causing a sound difference in the heft of the sound between them.
Zdecydowanie Nord jeśli chodzi o piano 🙂 cieplutki dół pasma. Ale e piano na korzyść Yamahy.
Nord 👌
I love both keyboard .North so expensive. Moxd win
Nord sound Natural.
i love
Yamah modx has a better stereo feel and sound to it where the Nord for some reason sounds a bit thin, cant really explain it
Yamaha

Nord natural.
Nie no ten Nord moim zdaniem nokautuje brzmieniem piana konkurencje. Choć elpiano jamaszki lepsze. Czy to FM?
Com certeza o Nord soou melhor! Nord’s piano is Better! 🇧🇷❤️
DIDNT THINK IT BUT MODX DESTROYED THE NORD. YAEEE I GOT THE MODX 88
Nord suena mejor
Yamaha modx8.....
Yamaha all the way. Nord is overpriced and sounds dull.

Bro, you're over driving that modx piano! I own both myself and trust me that modx piano sounds a lot better than your sound! Sorry!
are you suggesting that I modified the sound of modX?
Yamaha sounds destroy competitors
