looks nice, driving the laser source around is even done in high-end equipment (cutlite penta ltfp for example). As long as the tube and the mirrors are sufficiently constrained to each other this works very well.
bravo, buon lavoro, devo dirti che ce troppo peso nel asse X, cosi fai faticare il motore Y, è meglio lasciare il tubo laser e il alimentatore in un posto fisso, vorrei fare anch'io questo progetto, sei forte grazie.
i like the idea of mounting the laser tube close y-axis, but it is a lot of mass in the PSU to be moving around. adds a lot of inertia and will slow down speed of movement. but great otherwise.
Thank you for the advice, yes, but this is just a prototype that I made, and I think the Y axis doesn't need high speed, all that is needed is the X axis for engraving, and even when cutting, the speed of the X and Y axis can still handle the existing load. So far it's fine, of course it's not the best and needs to be perfected again. and I am very grateful for your visit and response. Thank You.
I'm building a 40w co2 machine like you but I'm not familiar with circuit installation. So I would like to ask how to install your circuit. If you don't mind, can you show me?
Which installation do you mean?, what controller circuit board do you use?, because different controllers have different installation wiring, Here I use the M2 controller, built into the K40 machine.
