- Creatures of Sonaria RECODE is finally released (into early access), and surviving is now legitimately hard. Although, it has been made a little easier due to some recent patches, but it is miles ahead of what old CoS was.
Keep in mind that Recode is currently in Early Access, so nothing is final and there is plenty more polishing and tweaking to be done.

I like to go there as an omnivore and snack on the flower beds. Its a nice nice spot and I will miss it in the recode map.

The thing you didnt notice is while lay down you heal four time faster but alsp take four time damage as well

@nightmare-ne8yh so what happens is that unlike the old meat spawns that keep respawining....these don't respond again. Once it's eaten, it's gone, and unless your creature has a "restore resources" ability..
But yeah the food doesn't re-appear

Yeah two things I’ve learned in the recode is
1. Recode is HARD for carnivores
2. Why’s there so many Miju’s 🤣🤣

Recode ain't no peaceful place anymore unlike the normal hehe.. heaven for kos and easy grind 🤩

My biggest problems are the water, every body's of water on my server seemed to be 0 purity, you now eat plants and drink water wayyy too slow. (at least in my experience)
it depends on the quality of water for how fast you drink it.
It wont be that hard anymore, they changed how water gains purity overtime
they want you to be vulnerable when you drink/eat so carnivores can eat ya
i think eating time goes with the type of food, i believe the infinite food sources like grass patches take bit to eat, and meat from other player is faster

Im loving the recode it totally changed the game instead of people just sitting in 1 place and doing nothing and suviving has really changed

@@cuenteinvitades9604well the data in recode is sandboxed and once the recode releases for everyone then all of our data will be sent from the old version to recode

It is tough when you are completely alone, but its not tough anymore when you are in a pack of 6 mijus lol.
But yeah, it is very tough when alone, people became bloodthirsty, especially when its bloodnight.

@@WROM1 Blood moon is were all creature get a super buff made for fighting or killing. The buffs are increased attack speed increased stamina regen and a hp regen buff i think
Im loving the recode, but my two nitpicks are the water system is stupid and hard to find good water and I cant join friends for some reason which makes it boring

That will probably be fixed too. After all, the recode is in *beta* so there will be quite a bit for the devs to fix before full release and us playing helps the devs know what needs to be prioritized

@@LzeniXno, packs are useful for finding each other, and damage is lowered for pack mates.
Recode has turned into the norm of survival games like the isle! its extremely fun but you do die a lot to creatures who are already fully grown, i learnt that the hard way :'D
I LOVE the recode! its cuz mush are way more easier to get and no more kosers, because killing is OK in the recode, plus its just early access, so lots of more things to come!
Edit: there will actually be more kosers, but maybe that means that the whole server wont be sitting in one spot

My buddy, kossing became way more common than ever cuz most of the kossers if not all, kos way more often cuz they want blood moon, which happens faster when creatures kill other creatures

Surviving is now cranked up to 11. If there’s a drought, the whole server is screwed. It turns all the water to 0 purity, which I really hope they patch. Otherwise, the recode is really fun and the new controls are really cool and fun to learn :)

I don’t think they should patch it, in my opinion. It adds a bit more difficulty and makes the game a lot more intense which I love. If they do patch it, I completely understand, but yeah.

I think my only issues with the Recode are what most complain about, the water.
But other than that there is one other thing (that isn't the player base) that bothers me.
food and water decrease way too fast. it's almost like all food and water for every creature is set to be the same decrease speed but not the same amount required to eat. it should still be based on tier/appetite is how slow or fast food decreases. I'm not sure if that's intentional or not though. (as well as a few speed stats with flying/swimming)
They probably made it on purpose, so players will always move, not just sit in 1 spot.
@@SleepyDmy I can understand that, but in particular it just feels as though (it used to be, since I've posted this it's more bearable.) too fast even when your moving to reasonably sustain yourself, if your not dying to another player, your dying to your stats. (again, it has been fixed since this comment.)

My only beef with it is how quickly the food/water drain is. It feels way faster than it did before. Doesn't leave much down time for things like territory disputes and exploration

I really like it because it is based of spinosaurus the dinosaur and i LOVED absolutely LOVED dinosaurs when i was a kid so i put it at the top of my most favourite creature list well not based of the modle i just love it.Even if i was a kid i would put it at 1# on my list

Ive survived pretty well in mesa cuz of the various food spawns and the big pond,redwoods,and surprisingly oasis

I completely stopped playing cos before the recode cuz the movement and combat were wack, but. now its PERFECT. Needless to say I will be playing cos again.

It's actually fairly easy once you figure out what to do and where to go lol, hope you figure it out soon and SNIFF M O R E ITS A LIFESAVER
I liked the recode, but, something just happened to me while playing, i was a moemoea testing the herbivore/terrestrial playstyle, and i got killed by a para. Its all good, not complaining about how i died, but im going to complain about how insanely fast flyers are now, like, the para was gliding as fast as a soch. And back to moemoea, this creature is meant to be in packs of its own species, and all i see is people encouraged to make kos packs and literally killing everything, and no one is encouraged to make normal packs, and a lot of creatures depend on packs and since nobody does that these creatures will become unplayable
I think they encouraged killing a lot too much, many people already killed a lot before the recode, even me, and im sensing this as a problem since this is meant to be a survival, and what i saw was very competitive, a lot in fact
tbh when you smell i think you should be able to tell the difference to clean water and dirty water. it would save time when you are looking for water and plus its also realistic since most animals irl would be able to smell the difference between clean and dirty water.
Realistically animals don't really care if water is dirty or not. I mean you can find videos of animals drinking from a muddy waterhole in places like Africa.

Howd you get sar?? When i joined i had none of my creatures aol and ker, is that gonna remain when recode is fully out, or will I have the rest of my creatures?
I like it but I have a few complaints about it (mine aren’t actually about the water!) mine is with the new pvp, and how they removed grabbing for most creatures, and since I’ve been on mobile it’s been hard to fight and anytime I would try for defensive or offensive means while I see it’s fun fo others its really hard to control on mobile (im saying this based on what me and some of my friends have said about recode), I also dislike the friendly fire with packs. One thing I hope they fix is how fast food and water drain.

Tbh, I am glad they did. They made it so. You can’t just hang out in one spot. You’re forced to go everywhere. And they took kill or be killed fr. I love it because now, it’s not laggy asf. And we got survival stuff! So this is a win win! Because it’s like you’re a creature who NEEDS to walk around. And kill, or eat or drink! 100% they made their game better. May have some bugs rn but. It’s still in testing so
If the water percent if 100%, really you can stay there for as long as you want even from juvenile full elder. (This could only be possible if it floods or rains at least once

Food does run out water aswell so when you drink water in a place it does run out I think so ppl don’t stay in one place like normal cos it’s actually a good thing in my opinion

doktorious is like a single father with 2 jobs trying to take care of his 2 children while having to hunt for his food instead of buying it

My only probeblem with the re-code right now is since it as ...alot of polygons it lags alot...like...dear god but the survivor to me is fine.
The recorde makes me stress, I already struggle with the default map lmao- now I gotta learn the controls, system, seasons, and the whole game once again which will probe take like- idk 1 week or something which is gonna be PAIN lol. I don’t even know the point of blood moon instead of making some creatures eyes red and the screen red.
Simply crying inside 💀. I still think 250 is expensive but then again almost every gamepass cos released are expensive for no reason lol, but eh whatever. I’m just having fix opinions on recorde since I don’t think my device can handle it, and surely future creatures will have more unbalanced stats to match the new system. But I think the map itself is pretty so once I get robux I’ll try it out!
