Just purchased one of these, and so far I absolutely love it, and anyone who sees and/or tries it wants one! 17 miles on it, and only 1 bar down out of 5 on the battery. Big enough for me (5'11"), comfortable, awesome disk brakes. Someone at work told me this morning, "That's the best $500 you ever spent!"
I was getting 6mph in PA#1 with throttle only. Pedaling may result in a higher speed. You may be able to change the speed limit percentages per PA level through the programming settings.
Thanks for the question. I tried different methods like changing the speed in the programming settings, looking at the physical controller wires, and holding both brake levers and full throttle for 10 seconds before and after turning the display on, and nothing worked. I think I reached out to the manufacture when this video was posted, and they said it wasn't possible to increase the max speed.
Copied and pasted from Google. Yes, you can charge an electric bike (e-bike) battery with solar panels. Solar panels are a convenient and eco-friendly way to charge an e-bike, especially if you don't have access to a wall outlet, are traveling, or are living off the grid. Here are some things to consider when charging an e-bike with solar panels: Charging speed: The charging speed depends on the intensity of the sunlight. On a sunny day, an e-bike can be fully charged in a few hours, but it might take longer on a cloudy day. Solar panel wattage: A typical 48V e-bike battery needs solar panels that produce at least 200 watts of power. Charge controller: A charge controller is needed to adjust the power from the solar panel to charge the e-bike. Solar panel placement: For maximum sun exposure, the solar panel should be set up facing south. Charging indicators: Most solar chargers have indicators that show the charging status.
You can swap the motor, but the speed may still be limited by the controller. It's best to swap the motor with a supporting controller & display, but then the battery may need to be upgraded if it can't sustain the speed.
What kills you is the rediculous amazon shipping cost, $190 is way too much. If they sold these in shops without the high shipping I would consider one. Also who works on these?
Yes, I believe they use high shipping costs to compensate for the actual cost, and deflate the ebike price to seem more appealing to buyers. I haven't looked, but a lot of people say that most bike shops won't work on ebikes. It's mainly DIY for repairs.
peddling, but you can hold the throttle and pedal too so you can go above 21 mph but as soon as you hit that the throttle kicks in to keep you there until you can pedal faster than that again.
Are you referring to the 7 gears on the rear shifter, or the electric pedal assist levels? The rear electric motor kicks in when the pedal assist sensor by the front bottom bracket detects motion. The shifter controls how easy or difficult it is to pedal, so the motor will turn on the faster you pedal. The pedal assist levels only limit the max speed of the bike whether you pedal or apply throttle. There's no difference in torque.
The frame size isn't specified, but I found what appears to be an identical frame with dimensions i5.walmartimages.com/asr/f6c8bd78-20dd-4a97-b5a4-508e13488762.89b014f5645d74fe56aa83c85e92b18f.jpeg?odnHeight=2000&odnWidth=2000&odnBg=FFFFFF
Normally, like in real life, I would have said the same thing. However, like p2 mentioned, it is refreshing on UA-cam to hear this tone and him cutting thru the bullshizz and getting straight to the point.

Thanks!
Thank you for the generous tip!

“I’ll ride it so hard” “ my dms are open” 😫
This bike can be serviced easily. Great find.
Thanks!
I got the same e-bike I'm so copacetic with it, I love it so hard.
Thanks for sharing. I'm glad you like the ebike.
I have the same bike, Im impressed with the quality. It's my first ebike and it's been great for around the neighborhood. Very satisfied.
is it a comfortable ride?
Any issues you have with it?
I have one of these and even in setting #1 if you peddle the least little the motor will assist you to over 10mph. Is that normal ?

No this is a $ 400 Dollar bike Amazon chargers $195 to deliver it,
How do you take off the speed limiter

@@ColinLeung Dang, thank you atleast. ;(
@@cherryonafunhang You're welcome
@@ColinLeungdo you know if u can cut a wire in the bike to stop the speed limiter
@@stazz2273 I didn't try that method. I sold the ebike and am unable to verify if there is a controller wire that can be cut. Sorry
Can that battery be charged with a solar panel?

would I be able to change the motor to a 1500w? I have the bike and I want it to go fast

the amazon page says it is meant for riders 5 feet, 3 inches - 6 feet 1 inch, I'm sure there is a tad bit of wiggle room there too.
How long did shipping take.
It came in about 4 days to the San Francisco bay area, CA.
How do you order it
You can buy it from Amazon amzn.to/4ct8Pvg
Really bogus. They charge $170 shipping. Truly click bait.......
Theres bike with 400$ but its free shipping and it has better specs just get that one for 30$ more
