Hi, you said wiring more than a certain amount of money to spain can cause account blockage by the bank, what is the maximum safe amount that wouldn't insentivise the bank? Thanks in advance
even if I send funds from my local bank account from my country to the new spanish bank account they still can block the transfer ??? even the money come from my bank account which is under my name ?
@@YESValencia sorry but let me understand something , I have now for example inside my bank account one million Euro , I would like to Transfer this money to my Spanish bank account , so what the problem ? the money inside my account which is under my name inside my Country , why spain main bank will make me problems then ? its money coming from my local bank account in my country with my name !! where there is Mistake you can see here ?
I just can’t understand that anyone would pay so much for a used holiday home, it’s not better than a used car. 20-30 years old and more. When there are brand new homes for almost the same price and with warranty ! Old things always need DIY and that is so expensive these days both material and labor.
Hi Sven! The properties we work with are typically not ones you would think of as holiday homes, but residential homes and apartments in Valencia and close by. As for the value, just an example. We helped a client with an apartment purchase 4 years ago and the price was 380.000Eur, after some refurbishing now it could be sold for around 550.000Eur probably even little more. Age of the building is around 20 years now. I hope that this answers your question.
Valencia is overrated. Average flats beyond ugly with an average asking price well above CV. Only good deal is to buy a house/chalet on the coast or inland, yet bear in mind quality of construction in Spain generally speaking is one of the lowest in EU.
Valencia looks beautiful
Yes a beautiful place to lose money

@@YESValencia so when they make life hard this mean they don’t want people to come and invest money
@@ameerawwad9171 In all Europe money anti-laundering laws are strict, you only have to prove that the money was obtained legally.

Probably. Depends on your lifestyle. Against what location(s) in CV are you comparing?
