Not at all, in 8k it is difficult to get a 20k+ quality. In fact very few brnds can match the lume level of Seikos. But it is sufficient in this case.

This is more well rounded chrono in single color (and no contrast) liked by some people. Whereas Q panda chrono is a Tissot PRX shaped dial and offers good contrast. If i have to go for any of them today, i would go for the panda. I hope you were talking about the panda chrono, in case you were talking about marlin chrono in round shape it is purely your choice.
