RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini. Salt.
Let the zucchini stand for 10-15 minutes.
2 potatoes.
Remove water from zucchini and potatoes.
Semolina 4 tablespoons.
Milk 50ml/1/4 cup.
Mix well.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Cheese 50 gr. / 1/4 cup.
dill and parsley.
Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons.
Italian herbs.
Salt. Black pepper.
2 eggs.
Flour 100 gr. / 1 cup.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
8-10 cherry tomatoes.
Olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 35 minutes.
Sauce.
Sour cream 2 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.
Garlic. Dill.
Delicious dinner is ready!
