Man, I L-O-V-E your work. These fantastic worlds you create remind me of those colorful Sci-Fi movies from the fifties, such as Forbidden Planet and Destination Moon. Your paintings makes me trip. Congrats.
Welp I've been going through and watching your videos for almost two hours now (including pigeon rolling and magic milk) trying to see if I know what's coming next-and I can never tell! I'm a decent artist (egh) and can usually replicate what I see done, but what you do just blows my mind. Keep up the good work!
Excellent. This steps up into more fine arts category. But that then again sets new requirements as a challenge, because then people start to look for real fine tuning like in master fine arts. For example peole expect lighting to be exactly rightly done to get the correct mood like in some master painting. Sprinkling of light, reflections, color changes, etc..
You make this look so easy!! its great!! i spray paint minus the spray lol but thats with a brush i feel like spray painting its so different but great job on what u do =D
This is ridiculously amazing. Can you do more complex shapes, like city skylines with spray painting? Or will you need to block them out by overloading on black (at 4:00) and then brushing it?
Wow! You do impressive work. Do/did you prime your canvas before beginning? If so, with what? Thanks for posting. Keep up the good work. Looking at it makes a lot of us very happy.
@abdallahpr2 Hi, Yes I was really really bad. But I knew what was possible and knew if one person could do something so could I. It just takes practice, trial and error and determination.Keep on trying as long as you are enjoying yourself.
very nice change of pace from seeing all the space stuff you do...granted your youtube name is "spacepainter" but i'm just saying. Great job like always
12,000 views? 156 likes? this painting and video deserves more than that! I'm gonna add you as a friend and subscribe because you freaking ROCK!! oh and just a request, can you do a painting of a nice dark metallic blue (not too dark) Ferrari F430?
@spacepainter as for people to send you a video reply with their own spray painting process, as you do in the videos. You, as the specialist, will decide which person made the best painting and consequently him/her will be the winner
dude you make a masterpeice in 8:06 minutes when it takes the worlds greatest artists for example leorardo da vinci it took him like 7 hrs do make the mona lisa you really should sell those to a musem for BIG money cuz your AMAZING at this
I am curious... Are you using acrylics for the highlighting? They look to thick for spray paint... I'm just saying... By the way, your the best on the net, But as I just got started in this form of painting, I will give you a run for your money soon LOL!
commentary at 5:20, "alright guys, and right here heres a little technique ive been doing for a while. he just say "abra kadabra!" and poof, beautiful orange highlights appear on your trees!"
M8 please use gloves and a mask, spray paints usually are very poisonous. Please take care of yourself so u can keep giving us the supercool paintings. regards
@DeathHunter1997 It took Da Vinci a couple days to paint the Mona Lisa, man.... And while this guy's awesome at what he does, it's hardly something you'd find in a museum... Not to say that the art you'd find in a museum is more interesting.
@spacepainter If you were serious when you said how would I decide who gets a free painting, I would say first, try to get a little better known (you easily could, but I wouldn't know how) and then you could throw up a new video of a new painting, leave out a few key parts, and say in the description anyone in who can submit a reply video of them doing spray painting artwork, either original or a piece inspired by/based on the one in this video, will have a chance to win.
@spacepainter just pick a number, say 324. whom ever is that numbered comment, should get a painting. just message them asking the mail address. and if they don't want it, then it's the person below them.. or me, for thinking of this genius idea, lol
@spacepainter give a man a fish he eats for a day, teach a man how to fish, he eats for a life time. imo give knowledge its far greater and lasts longer.
Who would walk upon a beautiful mountain and lurk in the shadows of some trees? Lots because they need a path...for lurk ers? Put yourself in the point of view perspective and if some disturbing questions don't pop up.......why are the stars hiding from me? What mountain? Enough people in the world can do tree shadows. Why join them to ruin mountains? Did the Mona Lisa have dark trees? Maybe she needs some. PS There's no snow in space.
@aqueousflame You sir, are very shallow and ignorant. The quality of an art piece is not based on how long it takes to create or on some appraised value of some critic. Rather, its quality is dependent on its aesthetic appeal, and ability to incite emotions. These paintings, although lacking true intrinsic depth are still very good, as they are very pleasing to the eye.
@ToySoldja I'm sorry that you're impressed by gradient circles with bright colors and "foggy" environments with white blotches or magazine smudges that appear as mountains, one of said features directly in the middle of the canvas so your eye has no where to move. This may be considered art, but it's certainly not good art. You're the one who is ignorant.
@aqueousflame you're the one who's ignorant; it does not depend how the art is created, as long as people can appreciate it. or, you may just not have a taste in this person's art. art does not have a strict point of view, people can have different opinions. just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it's bad art.
people are so impressed by such crap. notice how none of these "spacepaintings" actually have dynamic compositions or any uniqueness whatsoever. no art is real art in 10 minutes of work.
You have the most amazing illustations ever, your imagination must be godly.
I can even picture that much detail in my head.
Marvelous painting, love your technique. I enjoy watching ppl paint like this. Thanks so much for showing us how you do it. You are talented
Man, I L-O-V-E your work.
These fantastic worlds you create remind me of those colorful Sci-Fi movies from the fifties, such as Forbidden Planet and Destination Moon.
Your paintings makes me trip.
Congrats.
It was well with the little forest only. Beautyful mountain and sky. Best regards.
Your's mountains are the best of all spacepainters!
the only reason why somebody could possibly dislike this would be jealousy......it´s amazing!!
You make it look incredibly easy.
OMG.. THAT'S JUST AWESOME!
Welp I've been going through and watching your videos for almost two hours now (including pigeon rolling and magic milk) trying to see if I know what's coming next-and I can never tell! I'm a decent artist (egh) and can usually replicate what I see done, but what you do just blows my mind. Keep up the good work!
so beautiful!!!
I could watch him paint all day. lol
this is so awesome!
@Matso96 same here i was like "NOO MURDER!" but then we saw the whole picture. Tears of joy man.
In time, people may learm how to spray paint art great, but no one can go up to your level!
You make this look so easy!! its great!! i spray paint minus the spray lol but thats with a brush i feel like spray painting its so different but great job on what u do =D

You're so awesome it's unnatural, but still awesome! :DDD
@RedMonkey126 good idea how would I decide who gets a free painting?
This is ridiculously amazing.
Can you do more complex shapes, like city skylines with spray painting?
Or will you need to block them out by overloading on black (at 4:00) and then brushing it?
brilliant.......
Wow! You do impressive work. Do/did you prime your canvas before beginning? If so, with what? Thanks for posting. Keep up the good work. Looking at it makes a lot of us very happy.
amazing
At 4:16 I was like "JESUS CHRIST WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING" but then I was like: ":'D"
I was wondering how do you do that with your hands? You brush away the paint as if its only powder..
any special type of spray paint do use? or just any type?
Wow.
when you do the snow and the trees you still use spray paint or you change to acrilic or some other paint?
please answer. thanks
Can you do this technique on a canvas, or does it have to be glossy paper?
@abdallahpr2 Hi, Yes I was really really bad. But I knew what was possible and knew if one person could do something so could I. It just takes practice, trial and error and determination.Keep on trying as long as you are enjoying yourself.
how long does it take for the paint to dry?
Did you use paint for the trees and stuff? or did you use spray paint?
very nice change of pace from seeing all the space stuff you do...granted your youtube name is "spacepainter" but i'm just saying. Great job like always

One question i hope you can answer is do you wear a gas mask when spray painting? or are the fumes enough to handle?
what tool are you using to make the snow?
@spacepainter as for people to send you a video reply with their own spray painting process, as you do in the videos. You, as the specialist, will decide which person made the best painting and consequently him/her will be the winner
i think i saw you at venice beach. if it wasn't you, it was someone with a very similar style.
dude you make a masterpeice in 8:06 minutes when it takes the worlds greatest artists for example leorardo da vinci it took him like 7 hrs do make the mona lisa
you really should sell those to a musem for BIG money cuz your AMAZING at this

what paper and paint do you use ?
@abdallahpr2 snow i believe...
A +
@Matso96 exactly haha he freaks me out when ever he does something like that
Buddy, its that normal spray paint!!?
Please answer! ><
And what type of paper or material u use (to paint over)??
@Matso96 I thought the same, and was about to write a comment.
commentary at 5:20, "alright guys, and right here heres a little technique ive been doing for a while. he just say "abra kadabra!" and poof, beautiful orange highlights appear on your trees!"
It doesn't matter how u paint a scene, u need to know where ur light source is coming from.
Such a sick painting. Keep up the great work. I paint like this but no where near the skill you have.
better graphic then my camera
M8 please use gloves and a mask, spray paints usually are very poisonous. Please take care of yourself so u can keep giving us the supercool paintings. regards
@DeathHunter1997

@abdallahpr2 man i took me 9 years to be good at drawing. keep practicing.
he learned from the great bob ross i think

u r fucking amazing and ppl who dislike this should get their ass kicked.
It's good and I like it, but to me, it feels like something is missing, or wrong with it, I just don't know what it is. Great though.
@chipmunky1243 its not hard..
ha ha on this one he's taking forever
Thumbs up if this his reminds you of LOOM!
who the hell dislikes videos like this???
.. are you Bob Ross?
i thought he ruined it once he started makeing black lines over the whole thing i was like "Nuuuuuuuuu!" lol
@spacepainter just pick a number, say 324. whom ever is that numbered comment, should get a painting. just message them asking the mail address. and if they don't want it, then it's the person below them.. or me, for thinking of this genius idea, lol
You must have spent a lot of time watching paint dry in your days.
@spacepainter give a man a fish he eats for a day, teach a man how to fish, he eats for a life time.
imo give knowledge its far greater and lasts longer.
you've watched bob ross too many times ;)

@aqueousflame who has any right to say what art actually is. . . lil John could fart on a record and call it art.
people are so impressed by such crap. notice how none of these "spacepaintings" actually have dynamic compositions or any uniqueness whatsoever. no art is real art in 10 minutes of work.
@HExtab12 its icing sugar
