So interesting to hear Dr Jandial talk about sleep four + years ago…and now he has written a book on dreaming. My fav neuroscientist ever. So down to earth. So informative. I love watching his career!

This should be taught in school... everybody should know this...it's so fascinating how fascinating our brain is.

Love how Dr R teaches us in a very relatable way through his stories.
I do Keto, intermittent fasting and eat red meat and as I was really metabolically damaged it was a God send for me, four years on I have changed my health for the better in every way.
It’s not a fad diet for me, it’s a way of living but I do eat big mixed salads and nuts too.
    Great interview!

Fantasic talk. I've always called my head a fish bowl, or a snow globe, with white snow that needs to be shaken up, and does have clear fluid.

Wow nice job by the interviewer Tim. Very engaged questions. Really managed to ask some very smart quesitons with only everyday language/knowledge, very good. Rahul loved it.

I've listened to quite a few of Rahuls' interviews and this is by far the most interesting! Absolutely fascinating and I really enjoyed how he was asked more in depth questions about the brain. I had wondered myself what happened to the sheath and the liquid after having opened it. Great interview thanks so much for sharing! 😊🙏🏼 i will look into buying the book, although i've had problems with delivery here in the Canarys Islands since brexit/covid.
Thanks again and was also nice to see Tims' genuine interest and enjoyment in the conversation. A pleasure.

This is soooo true... Your pathways do become disrupted but in the best way. As long as you don't overdo it and take too much then you will have a nice psychedelic moment where you can bring forth these creative thoughts that you wouldn't normally have. Usually it's one good one but often times you'll have three or four I know I do what do y'all think?

It's my first time in this channel.
    I loved the interview.
I just didn't understand why it happens in the kitchen if there is no food or drinks involved., and looks kind of uncomfortable. It seemed Dr.Raul wanted to open the bottle of wine but the guest didn't offer to open.
    Anyway, the information was great.

This Indian has won the “so called” pass of approval, which is why he thinks he can conveniently forget his Indian heritage.

Sad your mind/brain as narrow and negative and harsh as you are. It's hard for you to appreciate a good doctor with good looks and great brains and a wonderful and a successful human being irrespective of the nationality, caste, creed.... Jealousy perhaps due to your own insecurity 🤔🤔🤔🤔
