    I have 5 PhDs, 3 professorship chairs in the best Universities in the world (Cambridge, Oxford and Reading), 2 modelling contracts (Elite for body, Models 1 for face) and 6 Olympic gold medals (Rowing, 100m, diving, triathlon, gymnastics and synchronised swimming) (Rio 2016). Fully satisfied with my life until now. Now I know what it is to be utterly normal, to be average, to be plebeian. Dr Ruhal Jandial makes us all feel like Jacob, climbing that ladder and seeing for the first time the face of God.

    Anecdotal but I was having some troublesome memory issues awhile back, tried various things but I noticed when I began using an app that tests/works your brain, the memory issues faded noticably. App called brilliant or brilliance. It has things that make you work, balancing different thoughts simultaneously to come to the correct answer, to where you feel your brain getting a workout in a sense. Feels like it does when you stretch your muscles, there's a strain. But before this app I hadn't regularly put my brain through anything very taxing at all, and perhaps like the saying goes, use it or lose it.

    My son played football. He got clotheslined by 2 linebackers. Brain bleed. Fast forward 10 years, work injury causes another (slow) brain bleed exactly where the football injury had been. The slow brain bleed caused him to wander off. He went missing for a few months. How we found him was with the slow brain bleed, he fell down stairs and had a hemorrhagic stroke. Age 26. He is now homeless, wandering somewhere in America. Brain injuries are no joke, and neither is football. I wish I had known how high school football would cost my son his life/ future.

    • @BeRightBack131
      @BeRightBack131 2 роки тому +3

      @@ezekiel5687 I do. I did. He's always welcome home, any time. The trouble with brain damage (that's what brain bleeds, especially hemorrhagic strokes do, they cause extensive brain damage) is that he has changed his personality so much, to the point that he's not even recognizable as the son I knew and loved, and randomly just wanders off. Sometimes he's back in a few hours, sometimes days, and sometimes years. I used a black permanent marker to write my phone number on everything, his coat, backpack, wallet, ID, etc. So he or someone who finds him can call me and lemme know. Whenever he wanders off, l sometimes get calls from him
      , sometimes from strangers letting me know they found him and even text me pictures asking is this your son? And then sometimes he comes home, out of the blue, and there he'll be sitting on my porch if he's lost his key again, but if he still has the key, he'll be inside the house making himself at home. It's truly a heartbreaking, confusing and long, long trial of life. Whenever I get calls from numbers I don't know, I'm always steeling up for the person on the other end to say this is Officer or Doctor so and so, and we found your son (it's happened before)... but my anxiety always makes me take a deep breath and hold it, dreading the day they say we found his body. I wouldn't wish this sadness on anyone. Cherish your loved ones. You never know when something might happen, and you only get so many chances to tell them you love them.

I send him blessings as well of course. I hate to see or hear about people suffer. When we all pass one day, you and him will have great times. Souls remember souls. And the spirit world/heaven is pure paradise. This pain will go away. Might not in this life but the Creator has built y'all to stay strong and there's a reason for everything. Including my mental illness. Hang in there and when you have hard moments , call on Archangel Michael to be with you. He helps. Much love my friend. With all due respect but your type of surgeries are invasive and sticking fingers into God’s business is truly life threatening and overwhelming !! cut out the red meat? Why do these guys always say one thing that rubs me extremely the wrong way. Red mead has so much empty "science" behind it. If you actually read the papers, look at the nutritional guidelines, the sad state of epidemiology, and observational studies, and see the number of sad excuses for science that are put out against red meat.
