but by mistake you mentioned walking decreases HDL........walking actually increases HDL....the good cholesterol which helps clear the fat deposits in the blood vessels ..... ....thus decreasing the risk of heart disease😊

I had used walking for weight loss two times in my life.
First before marriage, second after my pregnancy, and, now I am planning to do it again after this pregnancy also. Because I am going through high risk pregnancy, and I have gained so much weight,
After delivery I will try it again.

Mam, I loose 19 kg in 4 months by brisk walk.....
And I loose 25 kg in 6 months in year 2008. In 2018 I injured and my lower back is in very bad condition and I gain 20 kg. But in 2023 I start again simple walking and then I start brisk walk after one month. And now I m 75 from 94. And I m very happy. And my food is clean and balanced. I don't have any refined sugar normally and no to dairy products from last 6 months. For me brisk walk is the best tool for maintain weight and health. Video is very satisfying. GOD BLESS YOU.

You are lazy! Walk will only make you lose more muscle if you overdo it. strength training is necessary as much as rest days.
