Great stuff brother. Like how you took care of all the hack jobs others left you. Good on you for testing the new PVC after you screwed it in, especially since it is inside the wall. I see a lot of rotted/coreded copper for sewer like that - don't know who's bright idea was to use that plus to cost!

Thanks! Can’t fix everything, but I try my best. I do things to the best I know how. I’ve definitely been the guy that doesn’t know but that’s part of learning. I’m not going to be lazy and install the wrong breaker. I prefer to do it once if possible. Yeah copper pipe is no fun. Normally so thin u can’t connect to it.

I’m on both sides. A landlord and I work for landlords. So I see it both ways. I always try to do it to the best of my abilities. I always try to be fair on pricing.
