The scary part is that Midnight Society mentioned they ASSUMED HIS INNOCENCE, and BEGAN SPEAKING WITH PARTIES INVOLVED.......... after that they STILL decided to terminate him.....what info did they find? Docs my favorite streamer by FAR. But we have to look at the WHOLE story not just what we want as fans. I hope that Doc has nothing to do with any of this but I guess time will tell.

It was like 45 minutes to an hour after he ended his stream. So he likely called them and had a conversation with them AFTER he ended the stream

I think worst case is he was sexting this girl that probably lied about her age or he screwed up and assumed she was 18. It happens all the damn time in the real world with normal people. Midnight society didn’t believe any of it, but they felt they had to lead their own investigation to make sure they spoke to several parties involved and came out the other end firing him. which means they found something because we don’t have it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen but if they did find something I expected to come out within the next couple days

I don't believe the accusations without evidence but the fact he's quitting streaming after being accused like this/ makes me wonder if he's running away before the evidence possibly drops. I think that, Twitch staff were violating privacy rights of users and just reading messages, they come across his, fire him, he decides to sue, that goes into discovery, it comes to his attention of what twitch have been doing through that, so twitch says
'OK, we'll pay you off, and we won't tell people what you were doing and in return you don't tell people what we were doing'. I think that's what's happened here. It explains the ban, the reason for the pay out of the contract and the reason for his silence and theirs too, because they could each nuke the other. They could out him as a potential perv and if he speaks, twitch could end up paying far more than his contract was worth in legal battles and lawsuits and possibly even end up in front of Congress like fb and twitter.
This is so stupid they all would be obligated to tell future sponsors of this or they are both opened to further lawsuits twitch and doc. People are sripid

It's not to hard to figure out what happened, with a couple things being unknown. Doc was Is inappropriately messing a minor on the whisper app. He won his case against twitch for two reasons. 1st : whisper is supposed to be 18 + and obviously there was a minor that was able to use it.
2nd : twitch looked into people's personal messages and depending the contract might be illegal, so they paid out and everyone was NDAed out the butt.

Doc Defenders need to understand what an “NDA” is about. It was between three parties who agreed not to discuss what happened for four years. No one admits to wrong-doing. The parties agreed not to sue each other. Most likely, Twitch paid Doc & Twitch and Doc paid the female minor’s family. Doc was extremely lucky.
