They're a band, not an idol group. So yeah, they play their own music intruments, compose their own songs. And in my opinion what made them stand out from other bands, like FT Island, CN Blue, Royal Pirates, etc is usually there's only one or two vocalists in the band, but Day6, all of them can sing, except for the drummer who's currently taking vocal lessons. That's probably one of the reasons they gained the public's attention (plus the every month comeback project) Not hating on the other bands though, they're awesome too ^^
I agree even though I'm a primadonna(ft island ) in heart. Day6 vocals impressed me. They sing like they are all vocalist. And ft island and cn blue they do all sing but fnc doesn't give them screen time cz the main vocalist in both groups have amazing vocals.
