Also there was no need for your confirmation cause arrows go through barriers and other people's ultimates and elemental skills also go through barriers. coincidentally, i've lived through the ohko attack from raiden while using kokomi. she has a lot of hp, almost as much as zhongli, but zhongli with his shield up dies 100%. i've considered the possibility that having his shield up is what kills him.

They just need to be in the Sumeru region

For fetal attacks you need other kinds of 'protection' than Zhongli

You have low hp , that's why can't tank Raidens strike, get around 60-65k hp and you'll be able to tank it
