Damn, two stunning models and look first class as GP Replicas seem to be. And, you got (2) really low sequential models. Congrats. Your knowledge of all things F1 is exceptional. thanks again for the clarification on my two models. Also, sounds like another Ferrari that was trying to kill off their drivers.

Hahaha it was a bad car for sure. Finished 2nd which looks good on paper but lead 1 lap all year long? McLaren clean house that season. I am struggling with indecision about which drivers to keep and what not lately. I have the same issue on an 84 I just picked up and will hopefully get a video out this week. Have backlog of Ferrari purchases but just got some non Ferrari cars to hopefully break up the monotony. Would expect to see some 2024 cars maybe early January I hope. I think most viewers want to see the current year stuff.
Definitely happy to help on your question. I am still shocked the RB is shorter! In my mind the Merc was shorter but it clearly is not. Ferrari was the same as the Merc. As always thanks for watching and commenting. Good to connect with a fellow enthusiast.

Always a pleasure to connect with another collector and reviewer. Like you, I buy in batches and only unwrap the model just before reviewing . Watched a great video from Mercedes on the safety features of their and all current F1 cars. Not unsimilar to sports car racing.

Got another question for you in regards to the yellow markings of the secondary driver...yes, I'm listening.
Are the yellow marking on the camera hub on today's are for the same purpose?

hahaha...glad someone is listening to my rambling! Yes the yellow markers on wings in the old days and currently on the TV cameras are the markings for the "second" driver. It is probably unfair to call it the second driver as it implies its the lower ranking driver, though if you look it is often the driver considered to be 2nd in the team. Purpose was to distinguish the cars at speed because the numbers on cars are often hard to see in F1.

I'm an attentive viewer as I love racing cars and trying to learn more particularly in formula one. Thanks for all you do.

This was not one of Ferrari's best nor prettiest cars, imo. The F-87/88 was nice.

Definitely not a performer. Lead 1 lap all season I read. I cannot explain why I like this shape because it is kind of "piggy" looking. I do love the 87/88 first one I saw in person back in Detroit. GP looks to be remaking the 87/88 with driver figures next year so also looking to see if they upgrade the carbon on the floor board. They printed it on those early cars. Thanks for watching and commenting. Always appreciated.
