La cinta siempre uso Tamiya, para mi la mejor, no tengo problemas que se filtre la pintura por debajo de ella dejando los tales restos; la varilla metálica viene con el kit metálico, es de la marca tremonia. Not bad. I did the same with my Hot Wheels, which is basically the same thing. I have a Bburago 288GTO with a transkit from the same manufacturer. I've been sitting on it for a while now. This makes me want to get on it.

Hello martin, the rotor, i think you mean break disc, it is metallic, i bought at tremonia ebay store. The paint rim was aluminium XF-16 acrylic paint by tamiya and the ring os the rim was polish.

Very nice work. I’m very late coming to this post but can I ask why you didn’t use the Tremonia side windows? I have ordered the kit myself and the window frames look to be a major part of the Bburago upgrade. Just wondering if you encountered a problem with them.
I didn’t apply it because it’s a piece that doesn’t fit perfectly, on the other hand the doors of this model from Bburago normally hit the body, damaging the paint and you have to pull the door open when it’s out of that critical area, so if you’ve applied the door frame would be much harder to do this

Grazie, le vernici che ho usato per questo progetto erano di "Zero Paint", anche la vernice, la stessa che era la "2K Diamond Finish". Parti interne in plastica anche di "Zero Paint". Tutto è stato dipinto con aerografo, 0,2 per l'interno e 0,4 per l'esterno

si, primero con una lija 800 y después lijando con 1200 y 2000, luego primario y por último la pintura negra. ESte plástico cuesta mucho que se agarre la pintura

I just found you on you-tube and I like your videos very much. I don't want to annoy you but my observation: 1- The interior is a bit dull. It's all the same matt black apart from the seatbelts. You could use different shades of black to give it a bit more depth. And what happened to the red seatbelts i saw somewhere in the video ? That would brighten up the interior. 2- I don't like the look of big decals like you used for the kevlar. I would paint those areas the right shade of brown and then use something like a mesh or so to spray the black accents on the brown. Well that's my opinion. I did subscribe and keep those videos coming ! The most important thing is that you have fun and are happy with it. BTW are you only doing 1:18 ?

The F40 is one of the most hilariously inaccurate models bburago ever made. The vent cuts in the rear window were totally wrong. The rear Ferrari nameplate was in the wrong spot. The passenger side of the dashboard had a 1980s style gauge that never was on the real one. Even the paint job was much too light. The funniest thing: they painted or molded almost everything red! Just one inaccuracy after another. Maybe that's why these models are $18 each.

did you apply clear coat on the black part of the chassis? only base coat on the engine parts? thanks

@@Daud76 totally in agreement with you, i understand your idea, i also like to see Ferraris in red, but at the same time i want to see and have it in other colors. Regarding my collection I have some criteria, for example: Ferrari mostly in red (but I have it in other colors too), Lamborghinis mostly in yellow (but I have it in other colors too), Japanese cars mostly in white (but I have it in others colors too). Some of the models that I present on my channel are projects for other people but made by me
@@PenrysCarsDiecast Then I applaud you for painting a uniquely white F40. Like the 1999 Nissan GTR Skyline has to be in blue. Guess I am a traditionalist. 😄 I once saw on television a Jeep Grand Cherokee in a bright pink colour. Driven by a young woman. Can you believe that? 😬
The F40 is one of the most hilariously inaccurate models bburago ever made. The vent cuts in the rear window were totally wrong. The rear Ferrari nameplate was in the wrong spot. The passenger side of the dashboard had a 1980s style gauge that never was on the real one. Even the paint job was much too light. The funniest thing: they painted or molded almost everything red! Just one inaccuracy after another. Maybe that's why these models are $18 each.
