Haha, yeah, Wario's a tun of fun to play, especially when I catch people off-guard with the waft
+had_ookin wario is my ex. I think pac man is more fun to play so I switched to him. But I must agree that wario is extremely fun to play

It's great seeing Wario get some attention. He's so underrated and underused. A lot of people tend to write him off as bad without knowing the more advanced Wario stuff.

If Shulk had good frame data, he'd be overpowered. He's designed with slow startup in mind because he has some of the longest ranged moves in the game, as well as having the best mobility with Speed or Jump arts active.
It's a weakness, not a joke.

I wouldn't use Flat Zone as a stage to check these. If you don't know what I'm talking about, refer to a video by Esam about the Z-axis

Yessss a new Wario video! Glad to hear Wario is your most used character, and on a side note I think why Wario is one of your least requested characters is cuz we Wario mains already have 2 vids. But just know that your Wario tutorials are always a treat to watch :)

My testing suggests that you can catch Falco, Ryu, and Zelda with the extended Full Waft. Not sure if my spacing was off or if it just requires a very specific distance.
Also, it's worth noting that because the Full Waft hitbox is below Wario, you can catch Ledge Rolls on all of these characters by shorthopping beforehand, but then you won't catch people who just continue to hang on the ledge, iirc.

I tend to use the weak hit of neutral air into footstool into f-air jab lock then sh ff u-air into waft and it helps in a lot of situations
Wow, great vid. Is there much usage for other characters that have hitbox-expanding items in their arsenal? Like...Greninja's substitute, Villager's tree, Duck Hunt's shooter, Zelda's phantom...more?
I usually use a down-throw to get them locked with my dash attack. Gives them even less time to react, but only works on very low percent.

Also with fast fallers and I think heavys down throw can true combo in to dash attack at over 50% without di or down di which will also lead into another dash attack and a read upsmash will end the stock

You can use Half waft too with the bike setup.

Does the bike ledge set up work if a teleporting character teleports from above the ledge (as to avoid the two frames of ledge vulnerability)

Question, is Yoshi's jump heavy armor enough to tank through a waft at lower percents?
Apparently waft covers all getup options on most characters, but it seems like Yoshi could just drop off as fast as possible then immediately double jump to try to tank the waft.
Are there enough frames for Yoshi to do that, and does it work, or no?
+mysmashcorner Another bonus combo use the bike pick it up and throw it.grab the opponent and up air it will do a lot of damage and you can combo into waft from it. I haven't tested against every character but it works on superheavy weights and feathers

Could try something please? I was playing 3ds with Pika against Mario. If Pika got caped at the right moment after quick attacking straight downwards pikachu slided across the stage. I don't know the usefulness of this, so please try this

I'm trying to main meta knight. However, I cannot seem to perfect pivot on the 3ds. I have been able to do it in training (1/4) about half of the time, but I have been trying for about a week and just can't get it. Anyone know the timing?

I'm confused about "extending the hitbox". Does that mean the move stays out longer, or get bigger?
When you connect a strong move, you suffer hitlag, which is a period in which the attacker and the defender are frozen as the move connects. It's largely for cinematic impact, but because the move is still active while the attacker is frozen by hitlag, the hitbox that connected is still there for the duration of hitlag, rather than disappearing in a few frames. With the ledge setup you waft on the bike and incur hitlag on purpose, keeping the initial waft hitbox (which is really big but only lasts two frames) out for way longer than it should usually exist.

Solaire Falco combos are actually quite impressive. Throw combos from 0-120, and plenty of other cool combo starters like Down tilt and FC Nair.
I recommend joining the Falco discord if you really want to know, it's a fun place. :)
