I saw this front row in December. I had never heard the music or read the plot, so everything was new to me. I was hooked for the entire ride and crying during Alabanza. This musical is fabulous in so many ways. I'm hoping to see it again this summer.

Are you joking? In the Heights is an energetic and moving piece of musical theatre. It's groundbreaking in terms of Hispanic casting and music combining reggae, hip-hop, salsa and traditional Broadway style ballads.
I downloaded this song and I’m so glad I came to watch this video😭😭😭😭. First of all the band deserves kisses and accolades and secondly how beautiful are musicals?? Making a dialogue with singing, every emotion played across their face it’s just bliss. Bravissimo!!!
Troy Arsenian I like In the Heights and Wicked equally overall. However, In the Heights is more of my taste because of it's energy, emotionally resonant story and groundbreaking music.
This show is absolutely amazing. I saw it a week before Lin left and it was beautiful, inspiring, and fun. And the whole cast was so nice at the stage door, especially Mandy Gonzalez and Priscilla Lopez!
when will this just be released on dvd like the good ol days, like cats and stuff. AHHH!! i would buy it in a hearbeat!! i'm dying to see this show again!

Corbin had originally auditioned to play Benny. I honestly dislike Corbin a lot as Usnavi (and in general) but thank god he didn't replace Chris Jackson. Chris is a man and Corbin is a small boy.
I absolutely love ITH don't get me wrong, but I think that how far Mandy and Chris stand from each other at the end is a little awkward. But that's just my opinion
I like the new Nina better....I forget her name. This one doesn't seem as pure and sweet and young. She seems more...I don't know...mature but not in a good way. I like the new Nina.
