I was just making this comment to subject some exercises for pull workouts that I have found to be effective. Plyometrics in the pool is a good way to build up your feet and knees with low impact. Things like pogos, broad jumps, side penultimate steps, single leg pounds..etc Hope this helps, thanks for everything you do. I enjoy watching your journey it has helped me a lot!

Yo Trey could you show us what your Calander looks like for training, i just want ideas to what day you are training at a high level compared to others where your trying to rest up but still get work in.
Such a helpful and inspirational video especially for young hoopers like myself. Looking to maximize my development before senior year, this off-season is gonna be crucial 💯
a chest heigh pool or even lower is perfect for hoopers to restore full range of motion knee flexion. Juicing up them kness by jumping in a deep squat, even givng the body some shoc resitance in these deep positions. super healthy for hoopers as we usally cnt even easily get down there and train in these positions without assistance. the banged up knees get better and the knees can heal after sessions like this. do jumps in deepsquat, laterally, bakcwards, corssing legs over turnig etc. this will not only restore your knees and juice them upo but also allow for smooth multdiectional movemnet in deeper positions. Also make sure to turn your pelvis up and eve try pisto squat jumps and any other crazy contortions and deep positons as the water will protect you from injury completely, this way you can learn all the movemnts that would injure you outside the wter. With time these positions will become more natural even outside of the water.

Planning out every detail and understanding the ability to pivot if need be is huge bro ! Keep working all summer long ! Any updates on the orders from June ?
For me, its not about the hours... its about the quality and the attention to detail, but if were to give you a overall number... its probably around 5-6 hours all things included.
Too complicate for a simple thing. Just eat real food (more on training days). Just lift weight using perfect form (doesn’t matter the weight or reps, time under tension dictate the success) and use perfect fundamentals on bball training. Rest when your body ask for it. That’s it.
