I so want a Perentie!!! Keep the videos coming!
Will do Eddie. Glad your enjoying the content. Kind regards, Geoff
Good onya Geoff, when talking to me about these Vehicles,I’m obviously already converted, but still enjoy watching someone else’s pleasure with them, best wishes 🙂
Cheers Wayne. Glad to hear you got a kick out of the video. Anyway nice to watch a Landy vid. Many thanks, Cheers Geoff
A great overview Geoff! Would love to see a vid from Damon on his experience with the Blackmagic.
Hi Brett. Many thanks, I have had a word to Damon, so watch this space. Cheers Geoff
Great to see you back making videos again, both yourself and Geoff/Damon are my favourite Land Rover/touring videos.
Regards Paul.
Those Perenties are so nice. If we drove around in one in Africa we would probably start civil wars unfortunately
Hi Geoff, thanks again for this great overview on the Perentie. Does the Isuzu match the gearbox (LT77, R380?) without an adapter plate? Wouldn't you mind writing down, what brand and model the radio equipment in the front is, please. Go ahead. Heinz
Hi Hen. Yes, the Isuzu fits the LT77 as some county's came with the Isuzu engine in it, you would need to find the correct bell housing, as for the R3807 I believe a lot of machining would be involved. Cheers Geoff
Another great video Geoff. Do you think you need to turbo charge it? I know when I get to hills I wish I had one fitted but when on the flat it’s great standard. I be interested in your opinion. Thanks.
Hi Paul. In opinion, they are fine without one, it is another thing to go wrong and Land Rovers were never meant to be fast, they are meant to get you there and back again. Kind regards, Geoff
Are you worried about the batteries on the passenger side compartment being so close to the exhaust?
To be honest it is that hot in the interior of Australia, it doesn’t make much of difference. Cheers Geoff
Personally, I think the Perentie is the best example of the 110 - the Isuzu 3.9 4BD1 is a perfect match, especially with its low down torque and durability. Far superior to the 2.5 diesels from Rover and the Buick V8.
Differently Damon has driven all three and differently agrees with you there. Cheers Geoff
#Not first
But close enough. Cheers Matt. Kind regards Geoff
