    I enjoyed this video and the festive music was fun to go with the colorful salad!! Usually Filipinos eat stews w jasmine rice it levels out the salty flavors from the soy sauce… however your way w the salad is healthier less starchy carbs and it’s how I eat when I’m trying to reduce body fat 😃 Also Filipinos eat w a spoon in the right hand and fork in the left.. to cut the meat they just hold it down w the fork and tear the meat with the spoon. Then scoop it up w your spoon… you can try it for fun one time . Veggies we use w stews are put in the stew like green beans , cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, eggplant, squash potatoes etc. Happy cooking and May your channel keep growing. Your voice is calming I like to listen

      A very interesting story about a fork and spoon in the Philippines. There is no such thing in Russia. If you are right-handed, then you hold a fork in your left hand and a knife in your right. The spoon is in the right hand, and the left is free.
      Do you eat any fresh vegetable dishes?

    Great job Natasya 🎉, you did it the healthy way, removing excess fat. When I saw you mix coconut milk I was delighted. You were doing it the Bicolano way, a Region here in our country. Your fusion of fresh salad is great, love it 🤩

    Love your take on the adobo. Slightly frying it to render the fat. Try adding red onions to the mix too, you'd love it.

Filipinez blog is the first Russian channel that I subscribe because I like the content especially when Andrei introduce her mom in the blog I become one of Mama Olga fan. She is similar in most of the Mom, Mama and Nanay in the Philippines who is very loving to her children. I like also the way she do comment in Filipino food very realistic and comes from her heart
    I find your blog very nice. Good presentation of food. You cook more healthier because you separate the chicken and take away the grease that's the right way of cooking. If your frying pork or chicken use olive oil it's more healthier cooking oil. Just continue blogging soon you can have more subscriber same with all other Russian blogger.

    Good chicken adobo with coconut milk recipe, you can reduce the sourness by adding a little less apple cider vinegar and more coconut milk and garlic, and instead of soy sauce (which does not blend well with the coconut milk) use vietnamese fish sauce (if available in Russia) instead which will be a more flavorful salt element to the adobo in coconut milk.
    Another tip - try cooking the chicken adobo recipe a day before you actually serve it for a meal - because when the sauce of the adobo is allowed to rest overnight and then reheated/served the next day, it will be more flavorful than right after it is first cooked. Why? Because the vinegar element is what gives the dish its body of flavor, and you will taste even less of the sourness of the vinegar when you allow the dish to rest overnight.
    But otherwise that is a good adobo recipe.

      @Nastasya_Life  4 місяці тому

      Oh, thank you very much. I will take into account everything that you have advised me. I'll try to find fish sauce, but I'm not sure if it's sold in Russia.❤

    Hi Nastya I couldn’t get back to the place where your question was so I’ll type my answer here… yes I’m US we eat lots of fresh salads as a Side dish but mostly with stews I like with rice… Filipinos also eat fresh salads too with meals tomatoes , greens but mostly with stews they like to put the gravy on rice to enhance the experience of eating …. So along w that is cooked veggies in the stew

    • @Nastasya_Life
      @Nastasya_Life  4 місяці тому

      Thank you for answering, then I'll cook something summer for you, a salad of fresh vegetables. There is one very tasty and healthy salad, it has tomatoes in it. Of course, there is nowhere without meat. I love him very much myself.❤
