I enjoyed this performance. We have to understand that singers rarely sing songs live the way they were originally recorded. The mark of a great group is when they can draw without a record deal.
This is the real deal, the one & only Shalamar. 2 out of 3 of the from the most successful line ain't bad and Carolyn does more than justice to the female role. Can't wait for the 2016 tour.

No new music they've released, no video released, they've been hidden behind false advertisiments and Disco balls please tell me how this lineup are the REAL DEAL....with one original member who plays third fiddle to two third generation replacement? How is Miss Griffey bringing more than JUSTICE to the female role that Miss Watley created from her own creativity and style....oh, that's right, she's busy duplicating (badly) herself as JODY WATLEY! Watching Miss Baldwin's performance holds the same painful equivalent of an adult kicking a small child. Jody was such an integral part of the unique harmonic sound. They sound good, but its NOT the same. Shalmar 2.0I would say the same if Howard or Jeffrey were missing.
One of the bass line ever : did you listen to it in the original version : that bass speaks 🗣️ to you folks listen to it properly !!! It can even console you if necessary , here the audio is not that good &the bass is not distinguishable as it should be like it is on the CD…!! But the overall performance is very good voice instruments is very good !!!

Carolyn Griffey is not a replacement for JODY Watley she's replacing JODY Watley's replacement DeLisa Davis a young lady Solar discovered on a nation wide search for Miss Watley's replacement, The small record label did not search in their own backyard for fulfilling such a large absence in the trio's lineup. Secondly, Miss Griffey's the step daughter, not daughter to Mr. Griffey. Many have a strong connection to JODY, Jeffrey and Howard but that's a moment in time that's never to return. Sometime life throws a curve ball and we can dodge it, or play the game and that ballgame called Shalamar played its last ending. I had the pleasure to experience the new group Shalamar RELOADED. They're a new group, a real trio with new music, style and great stage act that past lineups failed to match in live stage performance. I promise you once you witness SRL show, you'll understand why they've become unmatched definitive new act!

Lj Jones I'm sorry I can't agree with you here either. I think Carolyn Griffey does a great job as the female voice in Shalamar. And she can dance her Sash off. Remember she came from two talented parents - Carrie Lucas & Dick Griffey. Talent amounted on talent. She does a great job replacing Jody Watley though Jody is the great female voice of Shalamar, Carolyn is great too.

Two original members and the third has top credentials to he there. As I understand it, the reason Jody isn't in the lineup is because she didn't want to be.
This was rather boring and painful to endure...2 mins of it was all I could stand. Thats is NOT Shalamar...Howard is there but he alone is NOT Shalamar!!
