“Adora doesn’t want me, not like I want her” kills me everytime. She’s so vulnerable and just wants Adora to not get hurt. She just her back. Al she’s ever wanted was Adora. Only her. The only thing was that Adora couldn’t see that and it made Catra believe she didn’t want her the same way. I wish people would talk more about this scene bc it really lets us know that that this was the moment where Catra knew she loved Adora and would do anything for her

The voice acting in this show was top notch. I love catras voice actress. She gets the emotions so right. The way her voice cracks at the "i love you, i always have" is pure gold. Its beautiful.
I honestly did not really ship anyone in this series, like it was not a focus for me. Then this season came... and I walked out of the She-ra story with half a dozen ships... and Catradora was Queen among them!

Not a lot of my friends have seen She-Ra and the ones that have either haven't watched season 5 yet or they have and they haven't answered me yet. But I need to say this somewhere.
I've been shipping Catradora since the very first episode, and in the past 2 days I've re binge watched the entire series including S5. I stayed up till about 2 AM by the time I was done and when Catra and Adora kissed I whisper screamed YESSSSS!!! FINALLY I FREAKING KNEW IT! and throughout all of S5 I had such a range of emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, and laughter. CATRADORA FOREVER❤😭😍😁

Can I just mention how important the line 'I never hated you' is? After everything Catra's done, all the fights, the tricks, the lashing out - Adora never hated Catra. Not once, not at all, and I think Catra realizes that at this point she doesn't deserve someone like Adora.
So she works to become someone who deserves someone like Adora.

I'm so glad they made a Redemption Ark for Catra my wish came true
For a children’s animated drama I found this was very mature, well written and well thought through. What a shame that so many drama’s for adult viewers lack theses attributes.
I am personally glad that Adora and Catra were able to not only fix their damaged relationship but make it better than before. Season 1 had Adora and Catra start as best friends and ended with them being enemies. Season 2 had Adora have a bit of a rivalry with Catra. Season 3 made things both worse and complicated for Catra and Adora, to the point that it seemed that their relationship was beyond fixing by the end of the season. Season 4 made it clear that Adora was rightfully angry with Catra due to the events of the previous season. Thankfully season 5 helped to not only fix their damaged relationship in a way that makes sense to both characters, but at the end of the season Adora and Catra became a couple, and saved the universe with their kiss. Adora was right when she told Catra in season 3 that everything would be okay if they just stay together.
I finished all of it in one day....as soon as it came out on Netflix......

I’ve watched season 5 three or four times already. Season 5 is so good that I had to re watch it and I’m probably going to again. I’m also gonna keep watching edits of catradora. Is this healthy? Probably not. Do I care? No. Will I keep watching this show and cry because their canon and it reminds me of my own relationship with an old friend and someone that I used to like. Was that personal? Yes. Did I say it tho? Yes lmao.

Bow and Glimmer ending up together was more than what I could have asked. I never thought the directors would make it happen. I never thought I needed it more than I was needing Catra on the good side with Adora.

This show has a rewatchability that few shows have.
The scenes and plotpoints are not centered so much around the surprise and awe of revelations but it manages to be more about the beauty of delivery and how the scenes are built.
And that is something VERY few movie or showmakers pull off, even the legends of film have a hard time building something like that.

Even though Adora was the one to destroy Prime and release the magic trapped in the heart of Etheria, Catra played a major part. If Catra hadn't tried to find her or if she wasn't there for Adora at the heart, Adora would've given up and died due to Prime's virus and Prime would've destroyed everything.
