If you would add a small box of I stand vanilla pudding to your CoolWhip you won’t have a problem with it being thin after adding the pineapple, I do that all the time and it turns out great! I also sometimes add some sweetened coconut flakes as well but I do not use Graham cracker crumbs on top.

But I also wanted to help a little by adding that this dessert is actually 3,820 calories. It was divided into 2 pans and then each pan cut into 9 servings. That makes this dessert a respectable 212 calories per slice. And just for reference, 16 ozs of 2% milk is a little over 200 calories….as are 2 bananas. I hope this helps😊
@@TalesFromAnEmptyNest No offense intended, but as somebody who loved to eat, was obese most of their life and consequently suffered from lots of debilitating illnesses... until going whole food plant based, I am hyper focused on learning to love the foods that love me back. Pineapple dream sounded interesting...but for me it was more of a pineapple nightmare! LOL.

Cool Whip is crap - just use home whipped Cream = Kraft Cool Whip's first ingredient is water, followed by hydrogenated vegetable oil, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, and - finally - skim milk. From its name, you would think that the cream part of this "whipped topping" would appear higher on the list. Alas, Cool Whip is mostly just syrupy oil.
