Hello from Texas!
it’s good to see Thomas have a male role model in his life.
Thanks for the updates and I am so impressed with how you and Thomas have continued to exercise throughout this year. I did not and am paying the price now! Best of luck with school. The time will fly by. x0x
Love the new intro! Also, thank you for such a thoughtful sharing of useful ideas, life lessons, gentle ways that make a difference. I'm going through a big wave of grief at the moment for my late sister who died on 1 February 2020 at age 50 from cancer. The hard lessons I learned the year prior to that after my husband died don't seem to quite fit this time around, but there are some things I should get back to doing - more exercise, less junk food, more time for reflection, less avoidance behaviours. And the biggest takeaway from this video is: "The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit". I've got to put the work in before I can expect to feel better. Thank you for the reminder, and for being your amazing self. xxx
Nice and Newsie vlog, Yes I tell people if they have food in teeth etc.
So glad that the smoke is better. Enjoy the rest of summer before you know it you will be deep in study, work and snow🙂.
Love those drives by the lake❤️
Are you in Vernon tonight? I think I saw you, Thomas and Unicorn in a restaurant lol
That wasn't us!
One of the first ones woot woot. Way to take time for your health. Good motivation!
I will tell friends, and family about food in teeth, zipper etc....but not a stranger.
We'll all be your friend 😊
Totally off topic but the area you live in looks so beautiful. What province/city are you in? Way more inspiring than Ontario.
I live in southern BC ☀️
I would tell you,if there something between your teeth
