Great video Sam. Finland reminds me of Alaska. Anchorage had 22 hours of full sunshine yesterday, although it's been over 40 years since I've been up there. But on a side note, you need to put a ring on Vicky's finger. She's a KEEPER. Thumbs up from OHIO :-)
My lad... If you want the Norwegian midnight sun, youre gonna have to go a bit further north. Which is a great thing to do aswell. Catch some of those fjords and stuff.
Welcome to Finland, nice to see you were staying in Vuokatin Aateli, I was there for one Christmas. I am sure you will enjoy Norway, looking forward to hearing how you like it!
This was like watching Rally Finland, especially with the drone shots. Think some of those roads around the lakes are part of stages in WRC..Nice scenery!
The 991 911 Carrera T looks great now after all the journeys & memories. The series really great! I remember this 997.1 or 996 (can't remember) green GT3RS which James (MR JWW) talked about when he got his new Manual Chalk/Crayon 991.2 GT3, which has stickers from all the places it has been over the world. Hopefully the Carrera T would have stickers or signatures under the hood/luggage compartment from the adventures it's been on.
Lived and worked in Finland for 2 years and have a real soft spot for it. Helsinki is nice enough but as a Londoner I feel there are few cities in the world that can show me something better. Where Finland shines is in the country side in the summer - beautiful scenery, empty roads, everything works and you never feel in danger over there. The only threat is how eye waveringly expensive everything is!! Would love to hear your impressions of the country:) ps you do know Finland is not a Scandinavian country right? It’s classified as Nordic, same as Iceland .
@@allensaunders449 What would you prefer? More of the usual Car shopping > Exhaust > Wrap > Mods > 5 things I love > 5 things I hate > I'm selling it ... repeat?
@@PutSomeDsonThatBlink i just watched shmee be the first to drive rufs new yellow bird. MRJWW drove a street legal vulcan. Effspot showed me alot of Paganis going fast on track. Just some ex. OOh, Sam, we could have seen and heard a lot more from Speed Hooked. That place had some really interesting cars, the Quattro, the Lancia and some nice Porsches. I think you need to book a time to go back there
Oh, I think I heard a bear; quick engage launch control. That’s really good wheeze, I must try that when the other half is in the car with me. Minor problem,... not too many bears where I am in deepest Essex! Great video as always.
When you come to Norway, to the city of Trondheim, you need to come by the local Porsche dealer. They always have many models on display. GT2 and 918 anyone!?
From Denmark to the netherland you should take a trip the Sportscar test track in Germany, known as the A31 a Autobhan which is mostly straight and with no speed limit.
If you are driving south from Oslo, into Sweden, you need to stop in Gothenburg, Sweden and go to the Volvo factory and museum. See where Ivan the Volvo was born.
Lovely video, you're running a lot of ads though, I got 5 ad breaks in a 16 minute video. I know you have to pay for stuff etc, but that felt like more than usual. Keep up the great content!
I knew there were parts of the world where the sun shines 24 hours a day, and never shines 24 hours a day as well, but it is still strange to see that much light at near 11pm.
When do you arrive my town of Bodo? It would be awesome to meet up! We’re driving southbound going on our month long holiday, first to Trondheim this Friday with my wife in our Carrera T and me in my 964Turbo if you fancy touring with other Porsches?
Im not sure if its intended or not... But you can really do with a bit more footage of the cars and facilities you are visiting. Speedhooked has some insane cars, why not spotlight at least a few of them for two more minutes. Now we got like 2,5 minutes of chit chat and 10 seconds of footage of a lambo, kinda dissapointed, barely got to see the place.
Just amazing job. Sam.. Sam what u do this year drove the world. When other youtubers like Shemme150 buy new cars . . Mr.jwww is a ledgen hea been around the world and open his own business to gumball 3000
Clearly geography is not my strong suit...
22,000kms is just under 14,000 miles for those of you that don’t do kms
Hey Sam ! Isn't this episode 75 instead of 73 ? Just wanted to say that haha enjoy your trip

“There’s nothing wrong with shagging” and “I don’t need coaching” 🤦🏻♂️🤣🤣 You tell him Vicki 💪🏻👊🏻🙌🏻
Wow, there’s some amazing scenery in Finland!
An amazing place!

I'm so in love with drive the world. I'd love to do this with a group of mates one day, how incredible 😍

"Think I heard a bear 🐻".... LAUNCH IT 😂😂😂👍🏻
Sam you're the best around, needing more appreciation. And 911's are just the best sports cars aren't they ? Hope you wrap it again after DTW.
Great video Sam!! You know you can never sell that 911, right? Too many memories being made.
I feel like you should definitely make this car part of your permanent garage.
Amazing trip. I had the opportunity to visit Norway and Sweden (from Canada) in October last year and it was incredible. Enjoy!
Launch Control! Vicky was like: Oh my god! hilarious😂 But anyways, nice video again! Greets from Dortmund, Germany
BVB 😍
Shame you didn’t spend more time in Estonia. Some amazing places including a drift track with a jump in it! Awesome series btw 👌
This was like watching Rally Finland, especially with the drone shots. Think some of those roads around the lakes are part of stages in WRC..Nice scenery!
Great video Sam. Was in Bodo recently on my own driving tour of Norway. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your trip!
Great video Sam!
Vicky ‘I don’t need coaching’. 😂 She is top girl, comes out with some classic one liners and her timing is spot on too!
Best video for 3 weeks - more like this please.
Yes I love this vlog / travel style videos (but I also enjoy the other type of content !). The launch control was really funny to watch ahah
Great content Sam. Be careful with speeding in Finland. Tickets can get very expensive.
This guy deserves a million subcriber. 💪💪💪
Eeeey mate, you shoud really drive the atlantic highway in Norway😱maby one of the greateat roads ever.
Big fan from Trondheim/norway

Tallinn is amazing I love it there! Great video Sam, cheers :-)
Have fun! It's been short-shorts weather in Sweden for a while now (may be different further north). Scandinavia is beautiful in the summer.

Great Content. Love the adventure.

Holy crap. I think was just hundreds of meters from you at the point you left Helsinki. And I missed you...Bummer...
Would love to see you visit the VinWiki crew and tell a few stories in Atlanta during your US trip
Awesome you visit Bodo
Welcome back Miss Vicki
Sooooo funny when you and your good lady bounce off each other.
Really enjoyed that!! 👍🏼👏🏻
Vicky's driving: we won't get any more lost.

Life of Palos sent me......new sub !
I remember that Lambo from a SpeedHunters piece a few years ago!
14:10 finally some hoonigan driving :D
I think the most delicious burger I’ve ever had in my life was at La Foga in Barcelona. Try it next time you are there. You won’t be disappointed
Damn, just when I travelled to Nepal from Finland. Been living in Oulu for 11 years now!
Flying drone over the old town of Tallinn.. Pretty intense considering how close the flight paths to Tallinn Airport are.
I'm sad you didn't post anything from Poland, where we have so big cars culture. It's disappointed Sam.
That's in Part 2 next year hehe! 😊 A Eastern Europe to Asia Tour! 🚘
@@or6144 Probably he made some clips for membership.

Sam! Please talk about your Leica Q. How has your experience been with it so far?
Great video buddy 👍

We went past you when you were headed to Puumala :D!
Great video! Please keep your hat on though!
Like it's been pointed out, Denmark is a part of Scandinavia while Finland isn't. It's a part of the "nordic countries".
Finland is part of Fennoskandia :) and Scandinavian Peninsula

Well done vicky

Tasteful sweater. Indeed. Topped Shmee.
Sad that you couldn't spend more time in Estonia.
That black and white top is very ‘Raaaaaa’ Sam 😂
Ahhhh Sam.......
Is Vicki wearing an engagement ring...at 12:31
Shhhh I won't tell!
When do you arrive my town of Bodo? It would be awesome to meet up! We’re driving southbound going on our month long holiday, first to Trondheim this Friday with my wife in our Carrera T and me in my 964Turbo if you fancy touring with other Porsches?
Bloody hell. Norway will take about a week to cross like that. You underestimate how slow it will be.
Great video! btw im from Finland😄
Hey sam when are you gonna start exporting in 18:9 or 19:9
Did you do an oil change during that trip?
I would change engine oil on that thing like every 15 thousand kilometers

I wish we could see Vicky!!
The look on my face, when i reallized that you were in porvoo/spdhkp my hometown... no famous people ever come here.
Sam doing a launch control @14:11. He found his masculinity and is going all in.
Haha
MAHTAVA!!
Nice edit on this Sam ...drone footage looked awersome. Can Vicky fly the drone??
Not yet but she can drive the car ;)
Great Driving Viki..... Sams turning into a bit of an old man..... sometimes... :-)
I bet Porsche Museum Stuttgart is going to want to have this car after you're done with DriveTheWorld
