I KNOW. I mean... I can't do work for 3 hours straight without breaks. For sure it's exhausting, but nothing compared to the amount of daily hard work they have to undergo to reach this level. This is what makes them true high-end performers.

Beautiful. For those interested in buying a lute....it takes about 3 hours to tune and only stays in tune for a short period. However, I always loved the sound of it. Check out the huge catalog of lute music from John Dowland.

First time hearing baroque lute was when my classical guitar instructor (Michael Craddock) played one he had built himself. Then he handed it to me to play three pieces for guitar written by Fredericho Mompou in which the G string was dropped down a half step to F#. I’ve wanted one ever since.
This reminds me of my years living in Kamakura, enjoying the early morning runs on the beach near Enoshima, watching the sunsets from Shichirigahama, and walking through the tranquil neighborhoods of Gukurajkuji. これを聞くと、鎌倉に住んで、江ノ島近くの海岸で早朝のランニングを楽しんだり、七里ヶ浜で夕日を眺めたり、極楽寺の静かな地区を散歩したりしていた数年間を思い出します。
