The berceuse, and the two early nocturnes are Chopin at his melodic best. The only piece that seems to be missing from your list is chopins famous etude op 10 no 3, and arguably the fantasie impromptu.
Many people probably wonder why music written almost 200 years ago still has such a profound effect on people's feelings and souls. Chopin's music has withstood the test of time because human beings love beautiful melodies. Take the second theme (in E♭) of the Ballade No. 1 in G minor, or the key change to D♭ major in the Fantasie Impromptu, or the main theme of the beloved Nocturne in E♭ major. Simply exquisite and charming!

Love Chopin so much. When I was young my main interest was pop music. Going through adulthood my interest in classical music has increased steadily. After listening to many hours of Chopin I’ve noticed that a number of pop musicians have “borrowed” some of Chopin’s most beautiful melodies. Hooked on Chopin forever. ❤
Such a beautiful collection,the first selection is particularly haunting,stunning and exciting, I think its my favorite.Within 30 seconds I can feel the emotions it conveys. Some of the others pieces convey reflection in such a stunning fashion. Thank you so much for this,Im going to research these pieces and add to my constantly growing itunes collection on my USB memory sticks(for in car listening)

The first nocturne is my favorite among my favorites. Growing up with Chopin was a privilege. Yet it’s been decades since I heard the one at the beginning of this arrangement
