Why would we c-bet more frequently in tighter range scenarios? Our 4b range is tighter than wider positions but then the 3bet and then calling range of the villain will also be tighter + condensed?

Despite having less combos than the caller the 4bet range mostly still has all aa,kk and more ak. You do well in observing the 4bet calling range though- unintuitive (ace- high) boards with high checking frequencies exist!

@@personalpokertrainer If anything, I think checking as IP on Ace high boards is intuitive and not untuitive. While our 4bet range has the strongest Aces, the 4bet calling range is also Ace-heavy. This makes some Ace high boards like A65, A87 polarizing, so even strong pairs like KK/QQ check at some frequency as they become less strong on those boards.

@@phamnhat2925 Ok, it depends on your level. Less studied players frequently think that ace- high boards in all situations are ok to "range bet."

the game you play must be extremely soft. my game people 3bet nearly 20% and 4 happens very often, so i dont know why you would try to say that these spots hapoen so jnfrequent that we dknt need to study it
I dont like how you dumb down you audiences capabilities in assuming that they are incapable of inplementing multiple bet sizes.
Thos points made it hard for me to listen to more so i didnt finish the video.

If you look how much people were 4betting in the micros a couple of years ago you would see that it was happened less than optimally needed. Since my audience mainly plays these stakes and wonders what to prioritize it is good to mention that starting with easier and more common spots is good.
Pots in srp and 3bet pots happen more frequently and are easier to understand first. Even in these on the flop and turn it is enough to use one bet size per board by the way. Here it is true that I recommended the one size generally otf and ott because it is a decent simplification for someone who is not well studied in these spots yet. Once people understand the fundamentals and common spots they will of course be able to study and implement more complex strategies in 4bet pots.
