I started to use a 3bet or fold preflop strategy from the SB (solvers recommend to have a flatting range) and my winrate skyrocketed. Now I see this video and understand why.

Happy to see! Simplifying to only 3bets is good (but when the BB is very weak and the open size is small it is ok to find a call with a few hands).

Why is nice to 3bet GTO frequencys preflop when people is calling more than they should to 3bets? Don´t should 3bet less be the good option? Especially OOP

People not 4betting enough from many positions is a big factor, too! It is true that 3betting wide is more important IP. Having normal frequencies OOP is fine and on the BB you want to be a bit more linear against players that call too much.
