How to change a Kohler Toilet Cartridge Flush Valve Rubber Seal in about 3 minutes.

Like everyone else who own's a Kohler toilet my flush valve seal went out in my cartridge style flush valve. This issue causes the toilet to fill intermittently or leak small amounts of water constantly. I couldn't find any simple videos showing just how to change it, so I made one. Here it is. It's not hard to do and I think any person should be able to do this.
All the other videos were needlessly long and not straight to the point, they replaced all sorts of stuff that isn't broken. Hope this helps. Let me know in the comments below.
